I installed the MSI board today, got the latest bios installed and i put the xmp expo profile 1. All is working fine until now. No Bsod or instabilty. Also after memory training the boot time is a little quicker as the Asus was, maybe 3 5 sec . One problem was the shitiest AI Suite Software from ASUS, jesus you cant uninstall the shit easy..had to use Revo and purge the shit out of every registry!

I didnt try any other GPU, dont have any around, but i dont think th gpu is Dead, didnt experience any problems with it, no artefacts bsod prior. Also it ran cool everyday and guys from the service repair shop didnt find anything wrong with it aswell. Also why i think is the mainboard is because of the first symptom that i got was the complete failure of one of the SSD Sata ports, it was like it got fried. Didnt recognize any SSD that was inserted inside and i used 3 different ones. Also i tested all for 4 ram sticks and CPU in another system. All is working fine. I would try a different GPU aswell or mine in another Barbone but i dont konw anyone around me with a clevo system 😑.

What pads do you mean? I think is the board, got the same symptomes like a lot of people on reddit rocking asus mainboards. Maybe is a combination of bad boards and still a young bios. With time maybe it will be resolved but i am almost at my 30 days return guarantee so is best i just send it back without complication instead of doing it later trough the RMA process. The MSI board will arrive tommorow and then il see if the problems are still there

Yeah so went through 3 kits and every time comes a bsod from time to time. The badest was the first kingston but with the original bios.. That was giving bsod from the start.. Sold it and got the g.skill 6000 cl36, with the latest bios was stable almost but giving bsods from thin air.. Could game and aida benchmarks and no bsod then open explorer or firefox and bsod.. This with both expo profile 1 and 2. So i returned them and for the same money got the the kingstom 6000 cl 32 hynix m die. The g.skill was samsung die. With the new Kingston the same stuff bsod from time to time. I increased voltage from 1. 35 to 1.365 and did stress stest with aida all good. Stayed like that for 1 day. Then bsod again. Now im am at 1.375 voltage and is stable for 1 day. But i decided to return it. You pay some money and expect to work like intended with the standard settings.. I understand that 1 kit is not working, it happens but with 3 and all 3 kits are on the approved asus list.. This tell me the board is faulty, but there are tons of other people who have problems with asus am5 boards.. The bios is not good enough, so no asus for me until the new refresh and when they work on their bios more. @Etern4l yes i went with msi b650 edge wifi. Lets see how it performs. I almost got the x670 aours master but saw its an eatx and i cannot have the gpu vertical with eatx boards in the case, so as x670 taichi is also out of the question because its an eatx aswell.

Update on the PC, so after 3 kits of DDR5, right now i have some Kingston Renegade Fury 6000 CL32 i decided to send back the Asus Mainboard..i still have some BSOD from time to time because of the memory. And all 3 kits are on the approved ASUS Mainboard memory list. This show how bad asus is at quality control. Also have the latest bios but system is still not 100% stable. The problem now is what board should i get.. Not many white MB there..Asus 670x Strix..but i dont trust asus anymore.. ASRock Taichi, still expensive i have a feeling ill have bios problems aswell with them. There is the new Gigabyte b650 Aero that looks nice but its still not in stock anywhere.. LE: went with MSI MPG B650 Edge WiFi Motherboard. Lets see how MSI is doing.

New motherboard if the price is ok, also second hand is good. If not then ill sell the components 😅

Thanks, but i just talked with the repair shop and they also did a bios flash with the programmer with no luck so it looks like the mainboard is fried.. 😑. So i think this is it for the laptop, cannot find a cheap replacement so probably ill sell the working components..

So the laptop is back from repair shop, sadly unrepaired...they did repair the cpu socket pins but the problem is still there. I just want to try and reflash the bios with a programmer to check this aswell, but i didnt do it until now so i am a total noob there. Right now on it it the latest bios from clevo and latest ec. 1.07.29. So can one explain in baby steps and with pictures what do i need to do :D. And of course what programmer should i buy. Or can i try directly from a usb stick? Room temperature around 21 22 C, load tests was mostly gaming, around 1 Hour of Battlefield 2042 and right after 2 hours of Cyberpunk 2077, so 3-3,5 Hours of gaming. The peak was of course in Battlefield 2042, in Cyberpunk the CPU is not that hot

It has, mw1 campaign was pretty solid, like a michael bay movie. The usual shock moments of betrayal and lots of explosions 😁. I didnt finish it though, got bored of it at the end 😅

I also used for the last application on the Ryzen 7900x SYY 157. Until now it looks good. Max was 78C and the avg is 42.7.
