haha lol....I can't believe people paid 120 cad for it. do you have an idea of how many margaritas that is? like 16 at a bar. I personally feel it deserves my hard earned cash 0.02 but they better give me back the pennys if it doesn't entertain for more than 10 minutes. like heck if I had 120 a month to spend on watching paint dry(sorry mean playing a AAA game) id have enough money to rent a yacht(ok maybe not) but you get the drift. money not spent on pooh is probably a smarter idea. -

sorry I forgot to mention its on game pass and essentially free. I don't mind checking it out but im not really into slow takes 20 hours for story to kick in games but hey you never know, might be a great game. You get to shoot things, how bad can it be. LOL -
everyone talks about cyberbug 2077 on youtube, and its still quite popular, but from what everyone's saying this game is actually less buggy than cyberbug and thats not to say it doesn't have bugs but I guess the only way to know if a game has value is to actually play it.

I figured this, the most hyped game of 2023. people need to lower their expectations, it in all honesty is probably a great game from what iv'e seen in the videos. I thought the graphics were terrible until I loaded a 4k video in full screen, not bad for the size of the game and as far as the optimisations go im glad 4gb is enough to play this game. -

My oldest memory of computers and the first time I touched one was in kindergarten and my big buddy showed me into a room full of computers can't remember if they were laptops probably not but it was LCD and two colors orange and blue we drew lines a triangle ect. holy smokes have times changed in 33 years as for more modern stuff, a kid in high skool wanted me to check out counterstrike. also I was always arguing(discussing) how shenmue would be better than half life 2 graphically. haha looking back aw man thats funny half life 2 ended up being the greatest game of all time as for jokebooks, my first was ironically a hp laptop with a 7800gtx it powered through half life 2 and left me impressed that was back in 2005-2006. and sadly not much has changed since 2005. I still think half life 2 has passable graphics in 2023. the textures are not 4k but from a little bit back they look crisp the polygon count is low but the overall look isn't bad. and back on topic. most people dont have a 4090 or 3090 they are running a 1650 and gaming at 1080p here -
all stock windows 10 no tweaks. suprisingly stock is producing the best scores iv'e ever seen. I have Atlas Os on my other drive but performance is lower while having 1 third the processes running in the background

I don't hate my laptop over a desktop perse but when it comes to the big picture (desktop/laptop/console) its still vastly superior to consoles. I really enjoy playing a game from time to time, mainly racing and fps(basically just crysis) Im old school I don't care about graphics but when a game just released in late 2023 looks like it was made in 2005 its a real eye opener to the stagnation of septic crud we will being seeing for the foreseeable future, like I mean if after 18 years nothing has changed what will games look like in 2042? its honestly just censorship from uncle sam. they can make a mod in a week that turns gta v into photo realism then why can't rockstar do the same, not like we haven't given them enough time(8years). this is just stupid. -

It's still better to game on PC. 4k60 medium settings on console isn't super common. I have a measly 3060 and with script hook and gta v a basically dead game gets brought back to life through mods as well as my laptops ability to play gta v at 4k120 on my 4k120 tv. Superior. As for bugs, it's really only a handful of games, most run well. I'm thinking of buying a Xbox series x but I just can't justify it. Close but not quite there. When you need a 4090 for 4k30 il jump on it and hook up a kb.m -
Give it a go with the other two slots..might be a pain in the butt but necessary to find the culprit

I know it's not right to make a request. But you wouldn't happen to have age of empires in your arsenal would you. It's a fairly popular game that is well optimized and usually cpu bottlenecks even at 1440p/4k

Quest 3 should be here any day..within a few days

Very impressive. Clean and professional. I'm looking for a desktop and this helps alot in deciding which cpu would be best paired with a given gpu. Excellent read

Surprisingly your giving me a run for my money on clarity and understanding of English. I don't think anyone truly understands English. Many words have the same sound but different meanings kinda like saw. -

Lol a show about it...haha just great. I'm sure finding the foul smelling yennifer is an interesting quest but I'm leaning towards killing aliens set to destroy the world and killing communists with a highly modified shotgun. In a game 10 years ahead of it's time visually. Now who would pick the later. Weirdos -

Thanks for that. Well I'm off to play witcher 3 and collect elder berries only 2438756 left to pick up before I can craft the kraken sword. Gain 10 hp and 20 xp. Wish me luck -

I guess I'm the same way. Crysis thumbs up witcher thumbs down. And yes it's like watching paint dry. Thrilling. Let's collect a flower called elder berries in a video game world then build a potion. Rinse and repeat 30 000 times. As if doing it once wasn't mindless enough -

@Etern4lis right. I thought about a 3080ti laptop but by the time a game would require the added power both the 3060 and 3080ti would be surpassed by the 4k series. So to save a buck. Also as we can see with starfield even the 4k series isn't enough so technically if you bought a out dated 3k series it's outdated the same as the 4k series. Developers need to make the games deeper and better visually not more demanding just for the sake of it. Fingers crossed with motor sport -

Nice. That's awesome news. All hail the king of cross. I'm praying my pair will arrive today. They are newer model but better. Well thats a given. I didn't bother with starfield but it's going to be on game pass so hopefully I'll check it out sooner then later -
Even though people are saying it's just good I'm excited. Like I mean these people logged in more hours in this game than I have out of all my games in a year

I wouldn't go to burger King and ask the manager a question about engineering. But hey you never know. Gpu utilization is low because the cpu is the bottleneck due to the way it was programmed. Everyone that has the game will experience this. Crysis should be doing the same thing as the 2nd and third. They did not account for future 64 core cpus
