Im working on converting all my work displays to 65" 4K HDTV's, its cheaper than replacing/adding monitors for my volume. Plus it also gives some eye candy for when they shop out the room to future clients. I would basically be using 4x 1080p multiviewers (splitting the physical screen to 9 systems) into 1 4K multiviewer (=36 systems). I also have devices that allow me to control all PC's at the same time via 1 keyboard. I really need to take a course or something on cable management though. Routing your cables neatly in a single pc is fine of course but when you have 4 cables per pc, thats 144 cables on a single "cart" or wireframe shelf. I even have QMK for semi-automating what I need for each of my projects. Looking forward to 4K :) -
Don't know that I can agree, without having seen the video. GN does like to make a few jokes at the other parties expense but most of the time it's those that refused to acknowledge the problem. I don't want for either group to be completely sanitized of humanity. That's how you get videos made by someone from HR.

Thats fair, GN tends to do that sort of thing periodically. Dont know about the tone deaf portion since I didnt see it but the timing is definitely bad since it would be seen as an additional swipe at LTT (regardless if true or not). Its fine in my book to criticize, but if the party in question has accepted it, spent time on reflection, and is re-entering the market then you need to allow them to get up.

Here is a bit of a main preview on one of the games that I like to play from time to time showing FPS differences. I spent more time getting more benchmarks on Rise of the Tomb Raider since it showed a difference, but also has a benchmark built in. 2700x @ 4.0Ghz | DDR4 @ 3200Mhz 10850K @ 5.0Ghz | DDR4 @ 4400Mhz Both are set as follows: Max Settings AA Off DX12 Standard Hair 2560x1440 -
I think thats fair.

Looks like fleabay wont let me buy it for some reason, ill try again tomorrow. -

Yeah unless you have eDP PEG will not play nice is my understanding. The viking will need SG mode- 106 replies

Have you removed the gpu yet? It can only operate under SG mode or PEG if you have an eDP panel- 106 replies

Apologies, this is the setup 10850K @ 5.0Ghz 16GB DDR4 @ 4400Mhz RTX 3090 @ +100/+1200 @ 119% Power Limit Installed on SATA SSD 1300w PSU I have that tool installed, would have to spend some time with it to get familiar. Game doesnt seem to want to use more than 70% GPU utilization at the moment. I am not a fan of the Crysis IP so I am not very familiar with if it has any issues out of the box. Crysis 1 Remastered doesnt seem to have an issue using everything that is available to it.

Good Evening ladies and gents, I have been slowly gathering some benchmarks for my hardware and eventually landed on Crysis 3. First issue, game was locked to 62 FPS, got this resolved by changing the vysnc to off and/or fast in Nvidia Control Panel. The next issue may not be an issue but just wanted to run it by some folks like @Mr. Fox , @electrosoft and maybe @jaybee83 ? Anyways I noticed that when looking out into the sea in the beginning of the game I notice the FPS jumps to around 200ish but doesnt hit full GPU utilization, then I look at a structure and the FPS goes straight to 120 on the dot. Is it the game or am I missing another tweak? Thanks in advance fellas

gamepad on pc and on a console does it feels different.?

I have used both cabled and bluetooth controllers (xbox 360 and ps4) and both work fine. I tend to prefer controllers for 3rd person games. -

From what I hear, one of the real estate companies filed for bankruptcy in China and expected to be a domino effect on the rest of the country and drag the world a bit as well. If China was their main buyer, that might dry up here soon. -
You could try Linux, some limitations on other machines were overcome via OS as opposed to specifically BIOS to GPU issues At the very least wont cost you anything but some time before making more investments, Welcome to the Forum!

That would likely depend on AMD rising to the challenge on the top end AND Intel eating away at Nvidia's entry level, even then it wouldnt surprise me if Nvidia just bows out altogether the moment they determine the AI rush is a long term thing (regardless of if that hypothetical is true or not). Intel ironically enough might become the most interesting thing in the market. Something's gotta give, no more SLI fun, no more vbios mods, restricted performance, no top end options. You need a soldering iron and SOC knowledge to have any fun 😞
