You wouldn't need to do that. And even if you did do that, you can just turn it off in the bios. and continue to run CSM. It works with older versions as well I think...you are only changing 3 profiles in there from 0 to 1 basically which enables rebar in those profiles.

My SP97 ran that same thing as well..... So maybe we need to try using the other method with CB R23

Hummm, so that means I would need to get a hero board and ditch this Unify until my Unify-X comes back from MSI RMA. Also to see if it reads my SP98 chip lower/the same or higher. And for the time being I need a higher stable memory board to at least keep up. I might be stuck if I get a really good KS.🤦‍♂️
