    I have put 1.51V. No where near can use 1.435V on +6800. But I haven't thinkered much with the sticks. No time for that now. Yep. All is about the marketing. And as you know.... It works 😞 Frank Azor was a master in that game. Regarding how the forum works. I liked the old NBR forun software a a hell lot more than this software. In all ways.

    The only drawback is high latency and not much gain in much people do on their computers. Not even a big gain in benchmarks/games vs a proper quality DDR4 kit. But I expect people are very hanged up in big numbers🙂 Just look at the smille in the face on many of the Jokebook jockey's. They are even happy with +90ns latency. And the very low voltage for DDR5 is a joke. This increase fast once you clock up your ram sticks. 1.1V looks good on the papers but not so sure many is able to run a decent oc's on their sticks with that voltage.

    You made the right choice bro Fox. A big beauty. The Hyte Y60 chassis I posted above looks much more like a fish aquarium and not a pc case... I expect it depends on what taste people have. If people really want a fish aquarium maybe buy a real one and not a fake one🙂

    A friend on old NBR (@jc_denton) sanded his 9900K below what der8auer did. End results was a cracked die after he started use the laptop. He had an Clevo P870Tm. Don't go too far with the sanding. As a side note. He also used a Vapor chamber between Heatsink and die.

    Who want to be a part of this? And this is only the beginning. Microsoft have loads of great ideas how they can and will destroy own products. Is this a feature you want for your web browser bro @Mr. Fox ? Microsoft Edge for Windows may get more bloatware in the next update While some people may find features like “buy now, pay later” useful, the lack of an option or experimental flag to completely get rid of them can prove to be frustrating, especially when features have tight system integration.

Just buy som plastic foil from a zooo shop 🙂 And it won't hamper the cooling, LOOL

This small notice is intended for those that don't follow their OS rules. I expect they will patch the loophole where you can remove the watermark as the time going forwards. Can't have it open so people get an unsecure pc.This to help you to take the very best choice for secure computing. You all with old HW on win 11 should really give them a huge thanks for their never give up helping it's customers.     If Raptor lake max out at 8 P-cores and 16 E-cores, they will lose the battle. This means the worst decision Intel has made for decades. Double amount baby cores as rumored and increased IPC over the whole stack and with 8 P-cores as the limit it will be a blood bath. 3. More cores are better, right? One of the most exciting parts of the Ryzen 7000 rumours is that there may be a 24-core, Ryzen 9 variant coming.     If you don't need the 2nd Cpu connector and go for iTX MB and need the smallest case you can get. Of course you'll have to put of some time for dust cleaning 🙂 And accept a bit more noise. But you can't get a much more portable/ luggable system. This system is upgradeable.     This on reminds me about modern designed electrical ovens we is forceed to use in cold places as here in the cold North.     @Clamibot look at the video from 9:40 where he talk about an single vs double 8 pin Cpu connector. He recommend utilize two if you go over 230W. And you won't get an nice OC boost with that power restriction.

    You talk about a single 8-pin CPU EPS connector for the mini ITX MB. As a good reminder.... 12900KS is an 150W chips. And none know if Intel finally get out the finger from their big but and also give the standard K chips same TDP. They probably have to because AMD will most likely release an 16 cores Zen 4 chips this fall (yep, no baby cores). And some rumors talk about 170w TDP for their top best performing chips.     I just wish this was true. No baby cores and instead 12 real cores. And that Intel would release Raptor lake with 16 or 18 cores instead for more of the small baby cores.     I mean the the 8 pin supplies 235 continuous watts and then you have the 75 watts from the CPU slot. Aka 310W for peak. Not a viable slution for constant load over prolonged time. And you'll easy pass ++300W if you intend to overclock for benching (undervolt for lower wattage won't save you if you try to max out the overclock potentiale). Also the ITX boards need to follow the standard.

    AMD couldn't allow more voltage for this chips to be able to stay within specs. Hence we saw a drop both in base clock and max boost clocks vs 5800X. I hail Intel that go long outside specs for TDP when the chips execute boost clocks at default speed. AMD have still something to learn from the Blue team. A lot. But this new AMD ball capped chips on their EOL platform reminds me all too much about Intel's huge failure when they waved goodbye for 14nm with Z590 and Franken Chips while they gave all 10nm love for their BGA Junk for same 11th gen chips for Jokebooks. Todays tech companies sucks. Red or Blue pills doesn't matter. The greed and stupidity from the industri reach new awful levels for each new year.

They are fine with locked down X-branded chips. I can't understand why AM allowed the X-moniker on a locked down chips. But well known letters sell as you know. All that being said, the lack of options for overclocking on one CPU isn’t the end of the world for the enthusiast market. Intel and AMD have been optimizing their chips so completely that there’s little overhead room left for overclockers, at least at the enthusiast level without unlimited budgets and easy access to liquid nitrogen.     HaHa. The gamer kids don't need overclocking. I would expect an 5950X3D would be an disaster if they have dared release a new locked down flagship. And AMD try hard to grab a few customers they screwed since fall 2020 when they only wanted sell new MB. All in the love try grab customers from walking to Intel.
