This small notice is intended for those that don't follow their OS rules. I expect they will patch the loophole where you can remove the watermark as the time going forwards. You talk about a single 8-pin CPU EPS connector for the mini ITX MB. As a good reminder.... 12900KS is an 150W chips. And none know if Intel finally get out the finger from their big but and also give the standard K chips same TDP. They probably have to because AMD will most likely release an 16 cores Zen 4 chips this fall (yep, no baby cores). And some rumors talk about 170w TDP for their top best performing chips. I mean the the 8 pin supplies 235 continuous watts and then you have the 75 watts from the CPU slot. Aka 310W for peak. Not a viable slution for constant load over prolonged time. And you'll easy pass ++300W if you intend to overclock for benching (undervolt for lower wattage won't save you if you try to max out the overclock potentiale). Also the ITX boards need to follow the standard.

Hi. You'll reach 5.0 with an ok chips. There is an Amp cap shutdown around 166w so there isn't much more you can do with the older Clevo model. Run it stock and call it a day. An 8700K is more than enough. If you can get an binned one with low leakage(cooler running chips), the better. An P870TM model would be a better choice for an 9900K.
