Rather ask for help from the software vendor forum if he use software for his blu ray ripping. Then keep Win 10 as is. Newer doesn't always mean better. If he don't have it then see if there is software that works well with his hardware and OS. But if thats not the problem then make a backup of working system then use Rufus. It can download any Windows version then make a bootable USB who will circumvent Windows 11 hardware/log in requirements. Just run it and everything will be easly explained under the creation of the ISO. https://rufus.ie/en/ Also ask for help for his problem in Win 10 forum. Maybe some have same problem and can help... Sign in and ask for help (tell what HW you have and what software you use for) Windows 10 Help Forums See also. New ain't better.... Win 11 is a wrong track - In addition to using an older Intel CPU, CyberLink also advises people not to upgrade to Windows 11 to avoid having the needful drivers replaced.

Heres the ting. Tomshardware...... continue give bad advices and reviews. I checked with Pcworld. They are often the worst of them all but was spot on for the 4070Ti review. https://www.pcworld.com/article/1444726/nvidia-geforce-rtx-4070-ti-review.html My comment on Tomshardware.... Why give 4070 Ti 3.5 stars of 5? Pcworld was more spot on with 2 out of 5 stars. Castrated mem bus and overpriced by hundreds of dollars. Weird that Tomshardware give cons less impact for the review score Tomshardware need to be educated. People need to tell them how wrong they are. Paid by Nvidia and other HW manufacturers shouldn't be paid of. Edit. Here is another one. Almost nothing neative to say about 4070Ti.... Not a single word about "not to buy or all too expensive". Stamp = Failed. Almost as some reviewers is very well paid by Nvidia. ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti OC Edition Review Read more: https://www.tweaktown.com/ -

Just look at the video above. Almost no difference vs their gaming-books. They are very proud of the new cooling in the re-hashed chassis for 13th gen unlocked Cpus. The 240mm AIO should really have been 280mm as minimum. But probably no space in this cheap chassis to mount a proper AIO. What the point offer an unlocked Cpu if the chassis can't have space for the needed cooling? But I expect they are all in for increased profits on the customers lack of common sense. -

Yep, no need for it when they have new modern tech as Dynamic boost and AMD's SmartShift features. Just castrate the CPU with firmware/drivers or software if the Gpu need to max out its power. Or just do the opposite if the Cpu need more powa. Everything happens automatically with love from the HW manufacurer/OEMs engineers. Edit. Look from the horror video from 10:07 min Why? All this was expected. DTRs is DEAD! Long live, the new slim, skinny and shiny modern laptops -

I’m not joking. I’m serious. For the 4090. I have returned it. But here is Ungine Superposition 1080P Xtreme and no need for high performance Cpu. A pure GPU benchmark. People can buy whatever they want but if more people buy junk, in the end this is what we “all “will get. Same if you pay mining prices fo Nvidia graphics. Nvidia will price their products equal what you are willing to pay. My reply is only meant as a reflection on today’s and tomorrow’s tech. Amd thats not a Joke. @Mr. Fox post below just shows it perfectly how it is. https://hwbot.org/submission/5142154_papusan_unigine_superposition___1080p_xtreme_geforce_rtx_4090_25975_points -

The new 18" laptops is more as replacements for older 17,3 inch models. Not a new SKU. Same also for 16" model that will replace 15 inch models. And the 16:10 ratio will provide slightly better cooling than previous gen gaming laptops. The next gen Jokebook chassis willl be deeper due the new panel ratio. But put lipstick on a pig Jokebook.... The pig Jokebook will still be a Joke. For the records... More powerful processors, but still the same capped power from the power adapters (dual PSUs is dead). Yep, moooore and improved Dynamic boooost features. Not more power. So do more with less. Imagine an 600w 4090 in a desktop with a 500w PSU, then you can clearly see where I go (You have to castrate the HW to be able ru run within PSU specs). -

Because they have to use up all older Alder lake silicon. A cheaper alternative to try steal more of AMD sales. I don't think AMD can compete on prices. And OEMS go after the best deals on HW for their cheaper Jokebook models. Then you have.... As Intel previously announced, it will now use the ‘Intel Processor’ branding after it retired the iconic Pentium and Celeron branding it previously employed for this class of device. Intel says this move is to simplify branding on the low end, but it hasn't been a popular decision. "The new Intel Processor branding will simplify our offerings so users can focus on choosing the right processor for their needs," said Josh Newman, Intel vice president and interim general manager of Mobile Client Platforms. 3 real Jokes today. Pink graphics cards, 4090@80w laptop Gpu and 1000$ 4070Ti desktop graphics card. This is pervers. We start with the Pink. Want a Pink graphics card bro @Mr. Fox? Its an Galax. Or will you wait to see if Galax push out a Pink 4090? GALAX announces GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics cards, including the first pink RTX 40 GPU https://videocardz.com/newz/galax-announces-geforce-rtx-4070-ti-graphics-cards-including-the-first-pink-rtx-40-gpu 4090@80W graphics card so the gamers can brag about 4090 in their thin and flimsy gaming books with th cute small USB-C chargers. And still ordinary GDDR6 vram. Vram capped at 16GB. Can’t expect awesome with gaming laptops. https://videocardz.com/newz/nvidia-announces-geforce-rtx-40-laptop-gpu-series-rtx-4090-with-9728-cudas-and-16gb-gddr6-memory Yep, close to $1000 USD for a mid range graphics card. 4080 isn't the only card to avoid! All cards below 4090 is to be avoided. Same for the boiling Radeon 7900 series + the XT Scam from AMD. Colorful introduces GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics cards for up to $969 https://videocardz.com/press-release/colorful-introduces-geforce-rtx-4070-ti-graphics-cards-for-up-to-969 -
AMD saved by old hardware. In terms of individual CPUs, AMD processors still lead the charts in total products sold and revenue. The Ryzen 5800X3D, 5600X and 5800X are the top 3 most popular CPUs, followed by Intel’s Core i5-12400F. Unfortunately the most popular Ryzen 7000 CPU (7700X) was still 3 times less popular than Ryzen 7 5800X3D. AMD Ryzen 7000 Zen4 CPUs are 5 times less popular than Zen3 according to December retailer sales videocardz.com

4070Ti 33% more expensive than 3070Ti. Nvidia don't need miners to increase profits. They can do it themself. 4090 looking better and better for everyday. 4090 was below inflation rate vs 3090. So Nvidia could have done the same for the rest of the 4000 series SKUs if they really wanted. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti officially costs $799, launches January 5th https://videocardz.com/newz/nvidia-geforce-rtx-4070-ti-officially-costs-799-launches-january-5th ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ For those of you who don't want to ruin your gaming/bench rig with Razer bloatware (if you use any of Razer accessories). Why in earth did Galax go with abysmall 1300w for their "Hall Of Fame" PSU with dual 16-pin power connectors intended to be paired with their custom Galax 4090 GPUs with a +1000W vbios? Who will pay premium for a 1300w PSU? Kids or people with more money than brain? Or because of the tacky modern Apple white color? This is cost cutting at the worst. Galax could go with 1600w PSU if they really wanted offer something premium. But I expect they had to offer more ports on the PSU who cost money if they increased the power from 1300 to 1600w. What a Joke from a company that cater to oc'ers and enthusiasts. Galax Launches Dual 16-Pin Power 1300W Supply Galax’s new Hall of Fame 1300W PSU boasts twin 16-pin power connectors to make it a perfect color coordinated match with the Galax RTX 4090 HOF graphics card. -
LOOOL. New has to be better. Always. Why waste your precious time upgrade to the latest and flawed from Redmond only to get a more buggy and unstable system? Are people stupid bro @Ashtrix @Mr. Fox? For the records... You don't even need to have the latest Windows 10 version to come on par in performance. Intel "Raptor Lake" performance now equal in Windows 10 and Windows 11 Software today 15:42 A test by PCWorld shows that Intel's hybrid architecture now works about as well with Microsoft's two latest operating systems. Even gamer kids should be able to see that Microsoft only try to push you to the latest and greatest only to serve you more ads and push you into their Microsoft account and cloud money grabbing.

Could be they go back to Titan branding. AMD have nothing now that can compete... So minimum $3000 if they go with 48GB ram. Not so sure $2500+ for a 24GB Titan/Ti is so much better. Have said this before... But Nvidia won't try compete with their 4090 AIB cards at 2000$. So 2500$ as minimum if they keep same amount vRam as for 4090. -

Hard time being in the Red Camp.... No love from Microsoft either. Windows 11 22H2 Patch Tuesday apparently causing freezing issues on AMD Ryzen PCs neowin.com · 58 minutes ago 1 The final Patch Tuesday of 2022 on Windows 11 22H2 (KB5021255) is apparently causing issues on AMD Ryzen systems per some user reports. These users are reporting random 10-20 second freezes. After installing this update on Windows 11 22H2, our clients with AMD CPU's started to completly freeze up at random times for minuttes, then unfreeze again. This issue also happend after KB5019980, which we uninstalled. Now this update reintroduces this issue again. Uninstalling the new update, resloved the issue again. Unplugging/plugging USB devices will cause the system to resume again. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4600GE (Lenovo M75Q Gen 2) Same type of clients on Windows 11 21H2, is not affected

Smart move from AMD scrap the idea use the new modern 600W power connector. They probably saw that if they added +400w vbios for their MBA cards it would be a huge throttle show/fest😀 And I'm quite sure they have seen the same temperature behaviour/problem in the development/engineering of the new reference cards and just throw it out. They don't only test 3, 4, 5 or 10 cards before the production of the cards start up. 100% sure they relied on the 110C is within specs to cover their back when this fired back. And this is bad news for those that hope for more decent prices on new graphics cards. Will be fun see what AMD will do with own flawed design solutions. They themself said..... Recently, AMD took the leaf out of its mouth and confirmed that "a limited number of users are experiencing unexpected thermal throttling", urging them to contact AMD's support page. Alongside this official acknowledgment that something may be wrong. And Microsoft's never ending screw up's doesn't exactly help on the mood for the Red side of the fence.......
