    from i know since i have the schematic for GT60, the entire problem of the RTX 4060 (for cooler fan and for video outputs dont working) come from the SMBUS, the machine dont see it as a faulty GPU. the problem is the EC dont "finding" the temperature sensor datum and about video outputs, since the internal conection between the X-vsion 4060 and the motherboard matches. hot plug detection and control of the outputs comes from the EC of the machine and the EC tells the gpu when it can enable output and when no. remember GT60 have a touch button to power off screens on the touchbar (and it includes the video outputs of the GPU)

    technically you can modify a V1 motherboard changing some traces, desoldering ANX1122 and some bridges. but isnt practical and dangerous.

    if we can find the way to fix the checksum, we can spoof our subsystem id of the mxm gpus to make them working right with official driver installer. only you need to change the value in HxD. you find it in the first offset between OC and 0D (F6 1C)<-1CF6 subsystem id in my case

    the last time i used mobile pascal tdp tweaker was for 2 reasons, to OC my gtx 1060 to 87w and to edit the VBIOS and put the subsystem ID from MSI to skip using INF mod. only with the 87w mod the card sometimes dont accepted the bios and maybe after a few restarting worked. and for subsystem ID i tried mannually modifying the value in HxD and rebuilding checksum with the program. driver installer recognized the card but after installing the driver the gpu dont initialize. i maked all the work of flashing for nothing

    and and about upgrading the LVDS panel? whats the better LVDS panel i can get?

    .CAD boardview file, with each common components details on board. and schematic! -MS-16F4 rev 3.0 - DOWNLOAD <- this rev of motherboard is commonly used in 3K/4K display editions of GT60 variants, because r3.0 have eDP signaling instead of an integrated eDP to LVDS converter (ANX1122) like in early variants with FHD 1080p display I hope this helps ❤️

    From i discovered, my motherboard uses LVDS interface from an eDP to LVDS onboard converter, the 3k edition dont have this converter and outputs directly an eDP signal, but both motherboards uses the same LVDS connector, only the signal interface changes. Now i am trying to get a schematic of the REV 3 of the motherboard

    Yes, but exist some inconsistencies between the datasheet of each card and the web page info, 4060 tdp in page is like 115w and here 100w

    i have a question about upgrade in GT60/GT70 (are the same), both models uses an internal eDP to LVDS converter (ANX1122), what its the range of display upgrade? about the 3K edition of this models, uses eDP instead of LVDS? i never saw a eDP connector on this motherboards. actually i have the stock FHD TN display.

    about the cooler at 100%, i know some EC registers to touch or BIOS setting to try to fix that, and about the video outputs we need to check physical pinout. i have diagram and boardview for MS-16F4 REV 1.1, GT60 motherboard dont have any type of REMUX switch so the output pins goes from the gpu directly. only AC decoupluing caps are on the trace.
