here's the link to the updated A-volute Nahimic APO3 & APO4 SWC drivers
(APO3 v3.5.3.0 & APO4 v4.9.1.0)

the A-volute Nahimic APO3 3.5.3.0 SWC driver is finally available from MS Catalog (so effin' late by either the Nahimic creator to submit it to MS or MS somehow made it available early on to Windows Update but not on MS Update Catalog until much later) since Tue. Nov. 8

Thanks will download later as I am about to go out to celebrate becoming full term now at work.

Didn't know Clevo used nahamic.

not just Clevo.
even Lenovo (with some of their "Legion" series desktop & laptop PCs) as well as HONOR/Huawei, Medion, Thunderobot and on a few Tongfang Mechrevo laptops have Nahimic on them (most of these use Nahimic APO4 though)

edit - I don't see Gigabyte on the list of Nahimic partners on the Steelseries Nahimic page as Gigabyte isn't using it anymore on 12th gen intel or newer laptops

nah i don't think so.  latest realtek uad/dch driver from MSI so far is 6.0.9414.1 released late Sept. 2022.

there probably won't be any new ones until maybe in either January or February 2023 (when some new 13th gen Intel based MSI laptops are announced then) or if & when they release them for new generation Modern/PRO desktop PCs

Is the SWC driver updated important ? Or shell i wait till the new drivers drop before releasing?

guess MSI decided to release a new Realtek UAD/DCH driver right before the New Year's 2023 holiday - realtek_audio_R.zip package recently updated to 6.0.9452.1.

I did not expect this from MSI sooner rather than later.  so I kinda take back most of my statements from my previous post.

also, get the latest realtek audio console uwp app from pal1000 (latest one he has is v1.41.289.0)

***Don't panic if the new Laptops/Systems are not in the list they will be supported they are more likely supported, install the drivers and if it works let me know your Model Number and it will get added to the list.***

Install instructions:

  •  Disconnect from the internet. (Not Required, so very Optional)
  •  Reboot System and Enter BIOS/UEFI.
  •  Please DISABLE SECUREBOOT in your BIOS this is now important for this new installer!
  •  Once you have booted back into the OS Temporarily disable AV software (Some Anti-Virus tools might false report and delete the file!).
  •  Now run the  Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9452.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe Installer
  •  Select either Full Install, Install Without Nahimic, Full Uninstall or Downgrade Nahimic 3 (APO3 Is for Systems Lower then 9th Gen APO4 is 9th Gen Above).
  •  Sit back and relax as the UWP's get uninstalled, the driver gets uninstalled and then your system is rebooted into test signing mode and everything is installed and your system is rebooted again!
  •  Now head back into your BIOS/UEFI and Re-enable SecureBoot!!
  •  Now let the system boot up fully and re-enable the internet connection. (Only if you disconnected from the internet)

Hello, back again 🥸
Recently I upgraded my MSI B350 Tomahawk for a ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4, which also has Nahimic.
Since the stock drivers are kinda outdated, I was wondering if there is any chance you could include my new hardware ID in the modded drivers?

@Tiki Thorsen You can try manually adding the ID's if you want however if i start to add other OEM ID's to the project others are going to want theirs added in which will increase my workload even more.

Surely ASRock has updated drivers and giving that you will be on APO4 tool makes it hard. There is thread on techpowerup that has all of the support for all OEM's if you want to try that.

The latest driver that ASRock provides are 9030.1 (2020/11/27) for Realtek and 1.4.15 for Nahimic (2021/2/3)
I will try to add the hardware ID and report back if it works.

I was NOT kidding about this - MSI had recently been posting new Realtek audio drivers in bunches

v6.0.9459.1 recently released for certain MSI Cyborg 15 A12V/A13V series laptops, along with a Nahimic APO4 4.9.6.0 SWC driver package.

dang you're so effin' behind on that one with 9030.1.  there was a 6.0.9231.1 driver for your ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 board, Tiki.

heck, there's even a 6.0.9448.1 uad nahimic driver package from ASRock, even though it's not specifically listed for your board; the 9448 driver should work on there.  ASRock, however, hasn't offered a newer Nahimic utility version for your board (geez they're kinda lazy since that 1.4.15 version is so outdated and has a really old version of the Nahimic APO3 SWC driver)

try these newer Nahimic utility downloads from ASRock (download 1)  (download 2)
-Nahimic uwp app bundled is 1.8.9 and also includes the Nahimic APO3 SWC driver package.

and if a newer Nahimic APO3 SWC & extension driver is needed, download & run this ASRock Nahmic APO3 driver package. (has SWC 3.5.0.0 and ASRock Nahimic extension 1.2.2.0 driver)

Can this driver package be made to work with x670E carbon WiFi mobo? If yes how? Otherwise I have to stay with that crappy Realtek audio console settings

Is it an MSI board if so the driver support should already be there with this pack as it uses APO4 drivers which aren't modified.

hi!! srrry,i tried to install this mod in my MSI GT60 2OC.in which I suppose it could work since the difference with a gt60 dominator is just the screen and the graphics... otherwise it shares a motherboard, mine uses an MS-16F4 motherboard, but when installing this mod, when selecting the nahimic option 3 full install, the pc reboots, it does the enable test signing thing, it reboots again and then it doesn't do anything else, nothing is installed... why is it?
