Hello did anyone manage to allow undervolting or not all all? I know someone tried but wasn't successful.

I sadly couldn't find any more information maybe I didn't do a very deep search. Only info I got was from Kela and we chatted in DMs. I wanted to purchase but the first revision is in pure iGFX so nope. No mux, no PEG. It only has one NVMe slot lol They also have different heatsinks for different MXM. X-VSION cards are good but I didn't rely on them for the backlight mod. They didn't care back. Embedded use

Words are word, need certitude. Future people won't know about this, till now, I couldn't find information online. Don't want someone to spend thousands on that system. At least I tested on both SM and KM models. Even in iGPU it doesn't work (KM). E1 - E4 power pads don't provide all the needed power and I can't solder (risky to damage both motherboard and card) Kela and me tested with bunch of different GPUs so we are 100% certain that regular cards don't work. A guy in ebay chat tried to lie to me about KM being "more compatible" so I had to test for good and for once. Even the GTX Clevo cards don't work well in KM... They remade the Clevo X7200 in terms of compatibility which sucks. I had an idea which is to make a cable that translates to a flex cable and slide them to E1 to E4 pads. We need 19.5V-20V 10A for the MXM. But that's also risky, the flexcable could burn... X-VSION allowed me to send an email to their PO about the "new revision". I hope X-VSION fix their laptops with pure PEG compatibility or with advanced optimus (and also add better VRMs for their motherboard).

I don't understand Is it about the X170 power issue with MXM? or is it about the backlight mod? Backlight mod: the new RTX cards don't have the hardware to enable and control the brightness. They are embedded cards designed for non-laptop use. There are no wires, it's N/A. A new BIOS/VBIOS won't fix it because it's purely a hardware issue. I tested many MXM RTX cards and laptops. Without backlight mod: no display in the main eDP display. With: displays in the main eDP display. However these cards work in Switchable Graphics mode but you can lose upto 10-20% performance depending on your laptop. (Haswell generation has a bug too in SG, fluctuating the TDP from 40/55W to 100W. This doesn't happen in PEG)

Did you fix the high voltage spikes? Like 1.45V and above? What settings is it? Is it the load line calibration? I can't seem to find in my unlocked P775TM bios Also do you plan on getting a custom made much more powerful air heatsink for your laptop? That can also do watercooling and let's not forget to add the powerful fans for it (available on AliExpress). You'll get much better temps.

It's a P750 or a P775? p775TM1 has a limit of 188A and it's unlocked too. You could push to 250W

What do you mean by that? You deceloped a new bios or you optimized the BIOS settings? If optimized, where did you set the Vcore? You mean 1.25V? 1.25mV is very very tiny.

It's a 4070. A 3060 I sold one for 300€.

It doesn't make sense from Europe to USA to Middle east. It'll cost you way too much It'll cost me 125€ to ship to the USA. USA shipping prices increased crazily for my country. Iraq shipping is impossible from my country too. The card is 505€ with backlight mod v2 installed.

How do you see that in the unlocked BIOS?

I don't know why, core 0 was maxing at 4.7GHz while the other were maxing at 4.9GHz during the CPU-z tests. AVX -2. Is there a way to set fixed Vcore on P775? I have an unlocked BIOS with all the settings.

I'll sell but I don't think it's a good bin. It bsod at -100mV. I can -80mV for 4.7GHz to 4.9GHz all cores.

Did you try using the powerful fans for P870? It's the same as the P775. There are lots of leaves which could give you +25CFM Do you know how to set a fixed voltage in the P870/P775? I can only set an undervolt. LLC is auto. I did -75mV for 4.9GHz all cores. I get 1.27V max reading in HWINFO for the cores at 4.9GHz with AVX -2 on the CPU-Z benchmark. CPU is 9900KF R0

The X170SM/KM are dead platforms like the X7200. You can't upgrade the MXM nor downgrade it! You're stuck with RTX 20XX to 30XX Clevo format for the SM and stuck with only RTX 30XX Clevo format for the KM! For me the 4090 is better than the 5080. 5080 doesn't have a 150W VBIOS. It's a 135W. No need to upgrade from that.

Hello. Cicichen ebay's chat work but it's been 6 days he isn't answering to me! I have no idea what's happening with the new watercooling powerful heatsink + RTX 40XX compatibility I ordered. I hope he bought the powerful P775 fan I told him to order. So the heatsink could handle easily 220W+ till thermal throttling. Ampere cards have a bad idle in terms of power. I get 18-20W with X-VSION and Clevo cards from that era. However Turing and Ada are sitting at 3-5W! Very efficient.

Backlight pins are universal. HP cards, standard cards, Clevo cards, all have it at the same pins!

I found a 9900K from Gerd Syma on kleinanzeigen, he got 5.2Ghz with 1.37V He doesn't want to tell me his CPU-z scores nor his voltages at 5GHz and 5.1GHz. We can't be sure the 1.37V at 5.2GHz is real or not. No screenshots, no benchmark links. His CPU has the copper IHS plate. I bought from him and he refunded because I asked too many logical and common sense questions. Some people have low IQ and 0 common sense. It's like buying an used car without asking questions! Who would do such things? Finding a sketchy seller, makes me angry. It's impossible to find a 9900K or a 9900KS binned. My laptop is a P775TM1, of course I need the best efficiency for my custom watercooling 2 in 1 heatsink compatible with RTX 40XX. Can somebody help me find a good chip please... I pay good amount. -
@Maro97 Is an 9900K at 5.2GHz 1.37V fixed (meaning it can do 1.25V on 5GHz) a top binned CPU? Better than 9900KS?

Anyone? If there are no KS then I Can buy 9900K if binned. 5GHz at 1.24-1.26V I am a serious buyer. -
Test with TimeSpy. Happens on 2 laptops. M6800 and M4800.
