  1. its all good... im not rich. but I feel inclined to help when I can. sometimes its fun to mess with a new program.. if you get 5 min enjoyment tweaking 1 photo then it was worth it, life is short.
  2. hey dude I bought you something.. Corel painter essentials 7 find the download...ill post it if you cant find it but the code is below save it bro...I just bought it for you for all your effort in talking to me https://www.painterartist.com/en/pages/download/ PE07B22-A6CDWPP-Y7DWA2A-5SLLY62 also download before a shark gets it lol @duskw4lker it's not a game but a cool photo editor
  3. the 11800h and 3080 version is only 5 percent slower than the i9 3080ti version on average in gaming? is that true? I heard it from jarrods tech
  4. ha thats awesome. I love tweaking lesser hardware more so than the newest best, I thought I was alone. it's more interesting seeing if you can get 3070 performance from a 3060 than it is 3080--3080. lol just you got the best what do you aim for. who cares you know. but tweaking and benchmarking is fun not sure why perhaps one of you guys could tell me why I enjoying testing over playing? also I just bought @duskw4lker a cool photo editing app for 40usd. I wanted catzilla but i'd rather help you guys. all I ask is for honesty and i'll buy you guys apps and games for benchmarking or playing from time to time, it will be directed to you....@mr.fox is next in line then @Papusanthen electrosoft then talon....you will all get a gift within two months of this post.....keep your eyes open its for treating me good, im crazy and don't get treated very well in real life, and its nice to see the earth has a few decent men left
  5. are you lightning or mud check this out and post results and share with us just how fast you are!! https://humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime I scored 273ms which is perfectly average even though I thought I was faster at reacting than most...ah well being average aint a bad thing
  6. I only played it for like 2 hours as im not much of a anything..but its great from what I gather and the kids(none myself) would love the game what do you get maxed out 1080p in a less demanding area? mine locked 180fps max post processing and low everything but ultra textures, I think it was a you tuber that mentions most setting are a minor visual change heres locked 144 heres locked 180
  7. lol mind blown..I honestly didnt know that. so it will take and save a picture? ok so I tried it out yeah that works saves a few steps thanks @Talon
  8. great review below https://www.notebookcheck.net/HP-Omen-16-laptop-review-Powerful-RTX-3070-gaming-laptop-with-unnecessary-drawbacks.570237.0.html also I'm getting 80-84c locked at 3500mhz so I guess I don't have a faulty unit as in notebookcheck says it stablised at 3.5ghz and peaked to 100c and averaged 84c bang on and makes me happy, perhaps I was asking for too much
  9. thats a 130w 3060 also, not bad for a 90w gpu. my omen is capped at 115w but it performs close to a desktop 3060 with a small undervolt, stock in timespy I get 8500 give or take a little for gpu score, it's the cpu thats killer, it allows framerates to get above 300fps and allows newer games on low settings to actually hit 144hz. but it thermal throttles on my particular laptop its not common but happens. most people like I said earlier are reporting temps below 70c which is insane for a thin and light. when I first got this thing I could run at 4ghz full throttle for hours and peak at 80c which is incredible. now after running it for a month im getting like 90c at 4ghz with a 0.35 undervolt max fans and like 20 percent cpu usage
  10. hopefully using a painter program will help this, and it has to be my paint settings will tinker later its corel painter essentials 7 and I bought it for 5 bucks on g2a.com it's really impressive as it has AI picture modes you can turn any picture into art.
  11. its not a preview, I just opened the actual picture and its quarter on the image also, its a paint setting that needs to change i might use my paid photo app I just bought, can't remember the name but its made by corel
  12. it was working, now its not and for some reason screen captures are 1/4 size no idea what happened, might have something to do with DSR correct me if im wrong, I press printscn then make an image with windows 11 paint save as jpeg then upload to imagebb and copy link paste here, nothings changed but the results have, and im pretty sure im not hacked or anything crazy as my computer has like 4 security measures
  13. lmao, this is going to be fun, just spent 2000 and the future holds 28fps maxed at 1080p lol heres the result, i'd imagine games will run like this in the coming years also I downloaded breakpoint, and can't seem to get the magical 144hz it tops out at 109fps average on all medium. and im not bothering with low as i'll never play it on low
  14. im broke at the moment or is it free? i get paid tomorrow also how the heck do I post pictures in here? do I have to use imagebb its a real pain and alot of times they display incorrectly but with yours they are always posted perfect I just got the free unlock code but nothing changed. thought it would unlock 1080p, I don't think i'll buy it as its a bit dated and relies heavily on cpu at lower resolutions. I really liked that infinite benchmark though just gorgeous
  15. https://www.catzilla.com/showresult?lp=1141751 i got 37000 at 720p. 1080p is locked out hard to beileve a 3090 does better at 1440p than a 3060 at 720p. over 4x the power closer to 5x
  16. yeah thats cool 🙂 honestly I think it was my expectation i was expecting to shoot lightning out of my hands all I got was sweat 🙂 I'm not trolling when I say I honestly don't see it. I literally don't notice, I'm sure alot of others do but not me. In grounded reality i'd say my expectations got in the way.
  17. always good to be ahead of the curve. I think that DDR5 will help windows 11 performance eventually as microsoft has been using tighter restriction on hardware requirements like tpm 2.0

@cucubitsim saving all your pics and calling them my own so that people think im a pro at.at. least one thing, lol joking, but keep em coming ..don't give us a taste then disappear. please don't go. one more picture out of sympathy. I find it incredible how your pictures rival hubbles from a distance. like I thought your pictures were from NASA and but when I checked the links was I suprised. I might buy a telescope
  22. lol here I thought you were just smart. it's even smarter buying used from trusted members on NBR. yeah thats one killer laptop man. 2080 super? do you use it for 3d modeling? thats my guess as you probably max most older games at 144hz and can cap alot of new games around 100 I remember NBR vets telling me 144hz is a big jump from 60fps. but honestly for me not most I don't feel it im not a twitch gamer and mainly racing and fps some strategy games. I just don't notice it. one time I had it set to 60hz when I first got the laptop and thought wow this is fast..lol had no clue it was capped at 60, so i switched to 144hz and noticed nothing. i think going from 25fps-30fps is huge and going from 30-60fps is also a huge step up but 60-144hz not so much.
