Yup, interesting. I'm sure you'll find a lot more with a deeper search. And only AMD have access to the loads of telemetry data stolen from your PC via drivers, firmware and software. I'm sure AMD also get crash logs from Microsoft. Then keep such info hided from people and fool the customers with stupid fixes they know don't work. Afterwards come with a half-baked fix they have worked on several months/years afterwards. Tech industry is a rotten business.*****https://www.tomshardware.com/video-games/pc-gaming/qualcomm-snapdragon-x-elite-laptops-suffer-compatibility-issues-with-many-games Is the new always better bro @ryan? 😁 "Interestingly, when I swapped back to my old CPU, the Ryzen 7 2700X, I didn't experience any stuttering issues with the RTX 4070 Super". "MSI continues to prioritize user satisfaction by regularly providing updates that address issues and enhance performance" Nice. Finally after 1.5 years they are able to fix the 4000 series stability issues. And right in time for 9000 series Ryzen. Yup......... -

MSI forced by the community? Or hope that the screwed one will buy new hardware from MSI when the old need to be replaced? You can't trust MSI more than your trust on Asus or Microsoft. They all (tech companies) have their own agenda. They will do whatever serve them best. Can't be trusted @Talon MSI changes course: MAG QD-OLED monitors will get firmware updates after all https://videocardz.com/newz/msi-changes-course-mag-qd-oled-monitors-will-get-firmware-updates-after-all Here's more from MSI.... How long is it since Nvidia released 4060 and 4070? MSI gamers have been living in a lie. No one at MSI tech team/support have said that there is something wrong with the platform and RTX 4000 series cards. MSI fixes instability woes with NVIDIA RTX 4000 GPUs in new AMD motherboard BIOS update Read more: https://www.tweaktown.com/news/99042/msi-fixes-instability-woes-with-nvidia-rtx-4000-gpus-in-new-amd-motherboard-bios-update/index.html MSI says its new BIOS incorporates a few improvements in terms of compatibility with RTX 4000 products, without giving any details, although it does note that whatever work is applied, it especially pertains to the RTX 4060 and 4070 - bringing in cures for some instability issues. So, if your RTX 4060 or 4070 graphics card has been playing up in an MSI 600 series motherboard, this update could be an absolute must-have to get things running smoothly again. -
LOOL Microsoft is damn funny. They have a lots of fun with the stupids that think newer has to be better. And they jump on it everythime and never learn Boot loop delays Microsoft's forced Windows 11 Version 23H2's rollout Microsoft pauses Windows 11 KB5039302 rollout as it breaks PCs and causes infinite restarts A couple of days ago, Microsoft released the latest non-security update for Windows 11 and Windows 10. The latter received a bunch of useful fixes, while Windows 11 got some new features and changes. If you are tempted to try KB5039302, beware of a nasty bug that can seriously break your computer to the point of being completely unable to use it. Microsoft has just confirmed that KB5039302 is causing infinite restarts on some systems.

It seems Jayz have problem with many of his Asus boards😎 And yup, that long loop makes no sense. But I think that idea was only for entertainment. Maybe he expected a desent drop in temp. But as you said, it won't work that way. And he should have used another type coolant with less viscosity for his project if he wanted some success. -

Hmmm. What a mess if this is true. Yup, AMD is known for bad QC, QA and QM (see my older replies on that topic). Why on earth fiddle with the TDP for an X Sku in first place? Hope prosumers want 65W target because it't easier to cool? Or upsell more expensive SKUs? Based on the information we have learned, AMD has updated its partners with a possible spec change for the 8-core part. It's being said that the AMD Ryzen 7 9700X might get a TDP of 120W which is almost 2x its current and official figure of 65W. AMD Might Re-Spec Ryzen 7 9700X “Zen 5” CPU With Higher 120W TDP To Outpace Its 7800X3D Chip And Asus strikes again. What's wrong with Asus and Jayz ? @Mr. Fox -
Shouldn't happen in first place. I have deleted Defender on all my OS and prefer Eset. All too much weirdo happen with Microsoft trash software.

Hmmm. EVGA bake their cards as warranty fix. A repair afterwards won't be an easy fix or even possible. Interesting. The lazy man’s work to cut costs. Disgusting. -

The beauty is in the details. Microsoft making Windows OS better than ever @Mr. Fox @Ashtrix @Vasudev+++🤢 OneDrive backs up files in Windows 11 – stealthily Software today 11:00 Windows 11 computers are now pre-set to automatically copy folders to OneDrive. Microsoft is rolling out a new change to Windows 11 that lets OneDrive back up your files automatically, without you knowing. According to Neowin, the feature is preset in the operating system and must be turned off manually. Microsoft has not communicated the change publicly. It was a group of Windows 11 users on Reddit who first made the discovery. Yup, fits very well with this.... They reall want all your info from "your" computer baked up on their servers. What will they use all the info and privacy for? AI training? Or ads that match your profile? Me thinking... We need it for both. + serve the different govennments so they can hold track on you. China and human rights will be the small guy into this. Microsoft Account to local account conversion guide erased from official Windows 11 guide Microsoft really, really wants you to use a Microsoft Account with your Windows 11 PC. Microsoft Defender thinks plain text file is malware Software today 05:33 Windows' built-in antivirus feature has a strange bug to say the least.

People being mad at me when I say that the Ryzen X3D chips is gamer cpus. We will see if AMD will let them clock equal high as vanilla Ryzen chips. But I doubt it. CUDIMM Standard Set to Make Desktop Memory a Bit Smarter and a Lot More Robust For the storage jockey @Rage Set Not so sure this is very tempting. Or is it?😀 Seagate opens an eBay store to sell refurbished hard drives To expand its Hard Drive Circularity Program and reduce electronic waste, Seagate is now selling its refurbished and recertified mechanical hard drives through eBay for attractive prices. -

Kingpin was spot on. MSI prefer making gamer-boy toys nowadays. And they don't wan't spend any money on developing and make real oc cards. Thats the main reason MSI never went back with the Lightning brand for the newer graphics cards. See my older post above (bolded text). They was also spot on. -

All those believers in Cablemod knew they could get custom made power cables in all colors and with angled idiodic connector, prone with less problems. Why on earth clinge on the angled adapters that was an uglier solution than anything of straight cables with 12+4 pin connectors? You could get almost whatever 12vhpwr adapter cable connected to the PSU with 2, 3 or 4x 8-pin connectors and for almost every brands PSU from Cablemod. Yup, with angled connector. I don't grasp it. The nearest I can come.... Stupidity or and ignorance. People are their own enemy. @tps3443 Intel Optane 905p 1.5tb SSD fire sale – available for only $299! https://wccftech.com/intel-optane-905p-1-5tb-ssd-fire-sale-available-for-only-299/ One of the biggest reasons that Optane failed to catch on with enthusiasts was the price. When the 905p was initially released, the 1.5tb model sold for a jaw-dropping $2,199.99 - a price higher than the fastest consumer GPUs on the market! -

Upgradeable laptops is dead. This is the future... Peoplehave voted with their wallets. So more of the same mess we have seen the last 10 years. And Qualcomm themself say they will take over 50% of the market, so that's that. From worse to even more worse. Not so sure our old friend bro @Mr. Fox is willing to go back to laptops😁 And me.... No in hell.
