I have no problems with pigs. They can serve me very well. I love burgers and Rib steak. Sad we need to show awesome with filthy🙂 I take that fat pig everyday over any filthy and greedy companies. The poo and puke emo fits better bro Fox. They have always. Maybe I change if you part up that pig with pict pieces from every tech brand names😊 Maybe the pigs face could have the Asus brand printed. Or just add in Microsoft. i wonder where I would put in Dell, HP, Razer or MSI logo on that pig. Hmmmm, very difficult bro @ryan Older tech have still a good life if paired with correct parts.... https://www.techspot.com/review/2862-ddr5-vs-ddr4-gaming/ The ising on the cake for the day.... The ultimate fix. Head over to Intel webpage. See Asus bios settings when existing the bios (very difficult easily post pict on this forum with an trashphone). So I refrain from that. BIOS SETTINGS AT ASUS These are the new “default settings” for Intel Core i9 “K” There is one thing that Asus does not rule out: the CPU is only allowed to consume 253 watts permanently. ComputerBase has also verified that this appears to be the case, although the high CPU temperatures on the test system only allowed consumption of just over 253 watts on average. -

Energy efficiency over everything. Thats also the reason Intel now don't want HT for consumer chips. If you want to be the Single core performance king then you don't need HT. And you need to feed less voltage into the chips for hyper fast burst loads with a simple single core load. Maybe AL will have less crashes than Raptor due no more HT. So 1-2 cores boosting alone for peak is king, not HT, LOOL In short.... Boost your best two cores to heaven to win the new modern game. Doing more with less has to be my old friend @Mr. Foxworst nightmare 🤗 I really hate this move. Want offer minimal power consumption then offer another new crippled SKUs. This way everyone can have their needs fulfilled. But nope.. Everyone should and must have the same🤮 Exactly as jokebooks. In truth, with this new generation, AMD seems to be betting on energy efficiency more than anything else. This is why the CPU TDP has dropped from one generation to the next , going from 105W for the 7700X to 65W for this 9700X. Ryzen 9000, a coming disappointment on the gaming side? Its a gaming keyboard. Not meant for professionals. Slap on the ROG logo and gamer kids going bananas 😄 I can see there is expensive KB out there. I get that but not this fancy Asus Gaming gear for massive premium. Why would I pay Asus motherboard prices for their gaming KB? And their ROG boards is already too expensive for my likings. This is not for me. -

New low from Asus. $500 for Keyboards. Or $300 more than a vanilla motherboard. Hmmm. Razer get stiff competition on how to rip money from gaming gears and stupid consumers. Add +25% for Norway and we see $625 USD for Gaming keyboard. Thats dang disgusting. Who said MB and gpus nowadays was overpriced? Yup. I keept one of the 3. I sold the K. Not fantastic but better than the K for my hobby. SP105 or was it 106. Can't remember in my head right now. -

Yup. I use what I get in hands. I only returned the two KS because these are so called Special Edition. I don't want pay extra for nothing or for chips that barely should be branded K. If it was K pricing then thats another animal. I want what I pay for. Nothing more or less. -

If I remember correct. You haven't been on the dark side with trash silicon. Maybe not the best but not t the worst 😀 The trash is really bad. Even worse with not the best cooling. Not everyone can reach our 46K target in CBR23. You cannot do that with Average trash chips. And me,, on vanilla water cooling without delidding, LM and direct die cooling... Yup +46K in CBR23 -

LOOL.. More cores. More of baby cores. If you need AVX512 then look for a proper old 12900K sample. A few of those have it before Intel went idiot and fused it of on hardware level. No extra shit cores can beat it. Newer is better, LOOL -

If I remember correct. 150mv between top and bottom. How can you make proper working chips from this mess? Imagine Nvidia would do that for 4090s. You would have seen more than complaints from burned down cards due idiotic power connector design. They would been slaughtered. -

Fuse in correct v/f curve and correct voltage with all the variety of broken silicon in same SKUs series can't be easy. Blame themselves. +50% of silicon should have been downgraded. 50% should have gone from i9 down to i7 chips. -

Then you have the development running stock. Something is wrong. Most likely defective chips. And Intels binning.... We have been on this topic before. Pieces coming together. -

As I pointed out in my post. Intel should not release or launch their new cpu SKUs before they have fixed 13/14th gen. If they dont they will lose a lot money/reputation. Not only consumers will remember this... Corporate and development Teams wont forget. Not only will we get baby cores... No more HT. And glued mess with lots of tiles on the single substrate. Only fantastic performance can save them now. I really hope the elite and choosen ones got the best silicon they can make for their LN2 results. But what do I know.... Maybe the next big in benches will be single core benchmarks. Ping up the Creator of Geekbench and let me put max focus on single core results. Just feed them with a load of cash. UI/Futuremark don't bother anymore. They prefer please Microsoft (to hide whats going on with cpu cycles). -

More backlash for Intel. It will be hard try escape from all this. Only a fix or a class suite. And be you sure. This will be a huge topic forwards. Much more will pop up the coming weeks. Intel have a limited time line for fixing this now. The longer they wait telling whats going on the worse it will be. Developers and companies have much more power than the average consumer. Good luck, Intel. No new cpu Sku should be launched before this being fixed! I always try to avoid Samsung. Have tested higher end Samsung phones before and wasnt impressed. Went with an medium priced Motorola. This because I didn't know what to expect with Android. Probably better Android phones out there but I didn't want spend much on tech I dont know will fit me and my needs. And needed something for the summer vacation. I sit outside here and there under vacation here. And I have a tablet but prefer a phone. Same also when i m home walking with my dog out in the nature. Easy pick up the phone for videos, forums, email and the web while the dog doing its things. A tablet is more useful inside the bungalow. But I still prefer an good phone in there as well. -

As I said. Have now been in both camps. Can't be any worse than this messed up mess. And I think Android as os will be more broken and messed up over tine. I give it 1/2 point of 10. Or can I give Zero or minus points? And I was smart.... I didn't buy the most expensive model. Only so I could have a phone this vacation. And I didn't want spend full price on an older iPhone a couple of months before they push out new models. Not happy with the new.... i can more easy sell a new model for what I spend. Worse with an older model once the new is out. -

Ill buy a new iPhone this fall and have it covered with screen warranty. I always have my phones 6 year+. I buy the biggest screen and battery I can. I dont use much of Crapples eco system. But want a functional phone for my needs. This one will go into the used market once the new models is out. I have now tested both worlds. I hate Apple but their phones is working almost the way I want. Of course with idiotic ideas but Alpha-idiots seemd more like monkeys compared. Almost as a choice between plague and cholera. -

You are correct bro Fox. Everything is dumbed down. Yup, often need use desktop mode. But this messed up Android aka Google or Chrome OS mess is awful. I miss my 6 years old iPhone. But sadly its too expensive to fix. I can use it home but not here in the brigt and sunny days. The screen on my old phone is nearly destroyed with white line and the battery is almost dead. iPhone os have weird engineering OS design flaws but this new Android trash is worse. I needed a working screen hence I needed a new phone for this summer vacation. And as you understand. This one is 6 years newer. Better? No in hell. This new phone and OS follow the trend. Also Chrome as browser being more and more broken for each new update. I wonder where they get all the bad design/UI ideas from. Everything is messed up nowadays. -

It will like this when idiots accept "buying" all sorts of trash. You have to put a lot of the blame for all this on the "consumers". If you dont need it... Dont buy it. Only buy what you absolutely need. Not what you want. Awesome is in minority nowadays. Buying less of broken junk will force them to stop make it. If none buy it, they will go bankruptcy. @ryan A very good post you had above. Spot on. Thanks I can't even put the cursor where I want it in the reply or posts with this new Android phone. Random behavior. Neither can I easily mark words. Sad. -

It doesnt always work properly. And Im new to Android smartphone so. And with my old eyes with mini jokebooks/trashphone I rather do it this way. I hate everything that seems to look like a modern pc. Go big or go home. Sadly Im on vacation and dont have access to my old good tools. Im not an smartphone jokey. I really hate this type tech. For my kids... Yes, but this is not for me. As I have already stated i earlier post. Android and iPhone have their own stupid flaws. Nothing is good in this type tech world. Trash! And I dont want invest my valuable time into this. Nope. Not me. Either merge it or just let it be. Edit. As bro @Mr. Foxso nicely said. Slimy and disgusting tech! With this new modern trash phone and I rotet it in landscape I can't see a shit with sunglasses. Yup, I hate it!!! What a progress since my old (soon dead) phone from 2018. From worse to worse. New is always better @ryan. You need to kidding me. What a joke. Im sick of it. -

See from 9:50. All too much crap being thrown out to the consumers. So spot on with what I have preached in long time. Everything will be worse before we see improvements. See also..... Our previous report, sourced from Level1Tech, found a 50% failure rate among Raptor Lake Core i9-powered servers. But Alderon Games reports a near 100% failure rate among its Raptor Lake-powered machines https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-components/cpus/game-publisher-claims-100-crash-rate-with-intel-cpus-alderon-games-says-company-sells-defective-13th-and-14th-gen-chips Even 10% failure rate is dang awful. Hope Intel suck on this. Why not stop spend money on this and rather step up and fix their core business!! Better be the best in one than half-baked on everything. Oh'yea they do😅 Nevertheless, Intel’s 14th-gen chips still outperform them in the multi-core department, especially with their P-core / E-core architecture. -

Yup. Single core performance is the new modern way to compete. You need only 1 or two cores for that! Welcome back to early 2000. Everyone wants to compete for Single core performance ln 2024.
