Yeah definitely a lot different from bladerunner movie, PKD definitely can get very whacky remember that from when I read some of his stuff last. On another note I was converting some epubs to pdfs and came across a couple of free programs that do it and also a few other formats back and forth. Calibre is one and works but is not the best GUI out there that's for sure, it will do batch converts and all for free. One note about it though is that I got the rare windows notification of a non-microsoft approved app, meaning it's not off their app store so I had to go figure out how to turn that off so I can decide myself what to install and not M$. It does say "install anyway" but never does it just sits there, so you have to turn off their nannyware. Calibre has a portable option which is nice, M$ bully still came along though until I turned off the app warning and set it to from anywhere, no more big brother. Any ebook converter is also free but won't do batch for free, only one at a time which is totally fine for my needs. The GUI is MUCH better and works fine, looking at the install it seems to use calibre as the converter but has the sensible UI. I don't know if I would have got the M$ big brother thing or not since I turned it off before trying it. Both of the ones mentioned are free to download and use, about 144mb dl and 400mb installed. I used to use Hamster which is even more simple and free but the latest one requires some dotnet or other update that is out of the ordinary, or I have not got it since I turned off all updating a couple of years ago, so if you have a newer OS version etc that would probably be good to get.

Yeah it does look good no doubt and from what I've read at sensible settings it's fine, usually just the ultra everything plus rt etc that has problems, didn't really see anything in the few minutes I watched though. One big complaint is there is no FOV slider and at times it's apparently hard to see where you're going. Wait for a few patches and a sale or price reduction in a few months, no rush to a game we've already played a few times.

dlss3 update cp77, if you've got a 4xxx 1200$ card an all the rest that pairs with that, wonderful for you. Now those of us who are not into all that and are fine with xx60/xx50 cards know we're locked out of any real benefits of dlss3 because our fps ain't gonna be 100++ to hide the distorted fake frames nvidia wants us to not be able to notice due to human limitations(and also dollars paid limitations). But of course the prices will rise for everyone regardless. Because new gizmos MUST always rise in price because look it's a shiny new gizmo with a nice red stripe on it, the previous one didn't have that stripe, thus +xx$ Dlss3 and dlss2 should be differently named because one is rendering at lower resolution and upscaling it to approximate the desired resolution. Dlss3 is inserting approximate whole frames to boost fps and for most will require running dlss2 at the same time to be viable. And guess what? you need xxGB of Ram and vram which most cards don't have even now, upgrade time! Oh and for the fps you need a 144hz++ screen, 600W++ PSU, 32 core cpu, sheesh these people. Notice old Johnny seems to only mention 4090's in there and many places, like what 0.1% of gamers would have that? Just so bingey lately, the game just becomes a comfort almost lol So I loaded up an early corpo save right before the flathead mission. Kwek has been killing it lately with clothes mods really nice stuff. Hair style replacers. New modder Monster has a lot of clothes to my taste as well. Caliburn color change. On non-replacer clothes you can go into the r6/tweak yaml file and open it with notepad and change the clothing slot for mixing and matching layering stuff doing that on a few things. One bug is that the head slot seems to make you go bald unless you have a mod that's specifically for the head slot like some tights and some fishnet ND stuff, so the hair is treated as a slot but not openly, weird. In that case some of the hair packs use the head slot instead of replacing the in game vanilla hair styles lol wigs really.

I plan on staying with them since this is a one time thing about 3g/VOLTE and from the article I think it's due to that and the fact that the s5 I had still had the verizon menus for turning on VOLTE , which work for direct Verizon customers and their verizon accounts, not for someone using it on another service, even though since then verizon bought the service. The second s5 I bought a year ago or so already had HD Voice/VOLTE enabled when I received it, from the original owner who was a verizon customer, and even turning it off in that menu is greyed out/not possible, where it has an option to activate hd voice it just says service upgraded. 3G was a lot better coverage wise, since they turned that off the coverage bars seem to be a lot less, since this is a 4g phone only seems like you have to keep paying more and more to get 5g for the better coverage. Coverage like I had before with 3g/4g, pay more for the same or slightly better, progress lol. Like with nvidia etc etc, we're actually considered farm animals(goy) by them to be farmed, sadly many are pretty much mindless pigs at a trough. They even give degrees and honors but still just belly pigs.

Eh most companies who make a physical product don't sell r&d in process to the public with wild marketing and frankly just deception. There's an obvious strategy there to raise pricing with software gimmicks instead of working on better hardware. Games and such seem to be one of those places this is done. Buy a dump, sweep it out, put some new paint, sell if for 100% more. Do the same with companies etc seems to be the new "good" sheesh. Simply by pushing FPS up so they can hide the artifacts and "guessed" fake frames seems very wonky and of course all this 100fps+ capable equipment is high end segment and so many are so hooked on the rush of it, not just the wealthy, they'll go and buy it and take on debt etc causing all kinds of problems. Even if you are selling to sheiks it's still wrong to bamboozle them. Nvidia(latin: Invidia-envy) should be focusing on simply making cards that render normal games at a given resolution and fps, not use tricks like this. I guess if you like the fight club "movie" subliminals the Pitt character splices in then dlss3 is for you. And GTX past Pascal would have still sold well, there was really no need to introduce an artificial new tech other than gimmickry. The efficiency of Pascal both desktop and especially laptop was a high point, much less difference between the two in real performance. I'm certainly not saying there's not good there but idk as we go along it just seems to be nothing but gimmicks, take out the names of the cards, randomized trial on the same major games that everyone knows are optimized like crazy, new doom games, GTAV, MGS3, Death Stranding, etc and what going back to the 780ti or more would probably surprise people.

I'm now done with the missions pre-hanako and idk this is petering out for me, still love the gameplay but there's nothing else to do in game other than rando combat and explore, I'm even kind of topped out on the mods after hundreds of them, so looking in my library for something new or that I haven't played in while like to keep it to high quality stuff only. The art is so great in this game though.

well the above 3hrs of gameplay shows definitely a generic looking game, Dark Souls 3 was and is cooler looking than that and had funner weapons and armor etc. How they need the horsepower for the results shown must be bad optimization/bad engine, granted I'm only watching it at 1080p but I'm also thinking of Dark Souls 3 or TW3 etc etc etc in 1080p as well. I think Kingdom Come Deliverance, from 2018, looks better and it's HUGE I don't think I ever completely finished it it's so huge, and wonky admittedly. Crazy times. Edit: and I don't like the language either, seems like gutter mouth is the new normal.

Yeah diminishing returns for us, but for nvidia etc greater returns smaller market at higher prices, they should just make a console out of a 4080 lol call it a day, don't even bother with the rest of it, online dl games through their store at some point cut out any competition as they'd love to do.

Couple of interesting things about DLSS. Honestly sometimes think grab a gtx 1080, use FSR good to go for years, defer dealing with the Nvidia scammers for as long as possible. All good at this point, and now I know that if I have problems I can just take out the sim and put it into my other phones which are all unlocked and either original verizon or straight talk branded like the A01. I switched network mode from global to cdma and it's been rock solid signal ever since. My number is the same and can make and receive calls no problem as well as the internet working. This s5 is zippier as well and I already had set it up with my most used apps, ebooks library, etc just exported my contacts to a vcf file and stuck it on this one then imported from it. So I'll just switch autorefill back on. The biggest problem with tracfone(owned by verizon for a couple years now) is that the customer service beyond very basic needs is totally useless and time wasting, a few hours full of stress and frustration were a total waste. I had nothing to lose by just moving the simcard anyways, not married to my number. Eh ok, I think warhead is pretty one track game from what I remember. I was kind of highlighting the blade runner reference there Voight Kampff ads which I got from cyberpunk2077mods.com Same guy who did the Proxima complete blade runner overhaul but that's just ONE big file not pick and choose. He had the ads broken out in different files at one time but they're not on nexus anymore. And I like a mix of cybergirls, lore friendly, Ads for night city, akirose, edgerunners etc. Voight-vote/decide Kampff-struggle/fighting, makes you wonder about John Voight and his fox news performances etc Tried the cyberset stuff, really for the glowing hair option color 21 but it's not well done and glitches the hair textures to blocky even in npcs who have that color(green) nah got rid of that. Got rid of River Rhinoed, too gross. Paler/Smoother Skin 2 works well, little geisha. Installed Free Fly but it has no way to change hotkey bindings in CET and the activate button on controller is like finger origami nah Finished Missing Persons again 194 of them, finished NCPD scanners, did the kerry Uscracks missions differently so no friends with them this time still get to Dark Matter just plays out differently, only other one left is the kerry boat ride and of course hanako. I guess I could enable the sonar for hidden packages and do that, found around 60 in normal playthrough out of 200, eh. I re read the first part of Dracula, when jonathan is trapped in his castle the best part really most suspense and horror. The book is vague about a lot of stuff though and he escapes by simply climbing out the window of a castle on a high peak then finding his way through a wolf infested forest to get help isn't explained hm ok then. The part about being in the bowels of the castle and having to search the sleeping count for keys is hair raising. After moving scenes it does come back to him and his being in a convent or such getting treatment and Mina joining him there though. Similar to Frankenstein it's vague, the movies add stuff in like the mad scientist using electrical gizmos and such but that's not in the book at all, it never goes into any details. So moving on I decided to read some Philip K Dick which I've read in the past but it's been years. First up is Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep which Blade Runner is based on and noticed that Decker has a wife and a real robot sheep lol Movies based on his work take a VERY wide berth, not a surprise. Coming back to this almost a year later what a pain these people are. Apparently they turned off 3g at the new year without telling anyone or preparing for it. I made sure my S5 had VOLTE and was a 4glte phone duh says so on the device itself so it should not have affected me. That's the whole reason I sold my S4 back in 19. I remember turning on VOLTE-or them turning it on remotely can't remember, as well and sending/receiving HD calls before but I think they're changes turned it off on my original sm-g900v S5 and it's an original verizon phone! Since it still has the old Verizon menus to activate HD calling/volte it won't work can't reactivate it. So I can no longer make outgoing calls nor receive incoming calls! And since the new year my signal constantly goes in and out, never had this problem with years of ST service. And the customer service is atrocious, don't bother with ST at all, too many other similar priced services with cheap phones. Did the online chat no luck, called one guy he hung up on me, called another one they had to transfer to higher level-got a dial tone. No one speaks english as a first language either. Since I like the replaceable battery I bought a second verizon S5 about a year ago as a backup. This one was newer and already had the HD/Volte activated so I went ahead and just took out my SIM and put it in that one, seems to work fine I can make calls and get the net. It still goes and comes signal wise and I've deactivated auto refill so unless they fix it within 6 days I'm moving on from ST after at least 7 years. I can get the same 35mo 10gb elsewhere but it aint going to be verizon or any of their brands that's for sure. I also have a ST Galaxy A01 so may try to just move the sim over to that if this gives me more problems, also have a Note 3 too so options but like I said if they can't fix this constant lost signals before feb1 then it's bye bye head over to one of the other ones that will take my phone.

Yeah and reading through the steam reviews one mentions the filler for the 2hr refund limit and refunded it because of that in part at least, slow walking, cutscenes etc no free gameplay to judge. Funny thing is that Confessions is the only one I've not been able to get through, it's a bit too sing songy mellodramatic for me. One of them says that if your ratio is 1.5 that you're fine but if the absolute numbers are higher you're dehydrated which definitely does raise your heart rate among other effects. So drink more water, make sure you're in a relaxed state, no coffee, meds etc or food within a couple hours at least THEN take your readings. She also has some info on magnesium deficiency being key to some as well. I saw a huge difference taking it in a quiet room in the morning Vs. at the store or with the tv going talking to people having eaten within 2 hrs and coffee within then too, HUGE. BPM was also way lower, mid/low normal. Some people get nervous during Dr visits and thus get warning or more levels, not accurate. So take it in the morning before anything or before bed, rest of it's usually not accurate. The meds they give you make it worse not better but they're profitable no doubt. Borderline/high normal used to be 140/90 but about 6 years ago the ptb lowered it to 120/80 and borderline 130/90, millions more meds sold. The high readings I got had a 1.5 ratio or lower usually btw but higher heart rate duh.
