I still have the original bios on the machine, I see it is newer. The question is, is it worth updating or letting what you have? Since 100% stable and everything is good with the current version, I would leave it.

I look forward to what the end result will be. If it worked out, I will do what you do with them. There is + 2 fans (full factory cooling) reserve at home. Now I have a total of 3 cooling for the X170, 2 factory air, 1 aqueous cooling.

I know you have the RTX 2080 Super MXM version (Clevo/Kapok) 220W vBIOS. Can anyone confirm this? If so, where is it located?

My system eventually looks like this and I am completely satisfied with it. I can only recommend it to anyone! Not cheap, but it's worth it! 🙂

AlphaCool Subzero Thermal Grease I have 16 W/mK paste, but not much better, the prolimatech is more durable, after 1 year it leads the heat than when it was exposed.😊

I tested a little and 5.2GHz (All Core) for max. What this CPU knows so "basic" case, but it can be otherwise, 5.3GHz is trying (all core) and unfortunately it doesn't know the cpu (all cores at a time - all core) so left 5.2GHz and nearly 30,000 points were scored by Physics Score (3DMark Fire Strike) and 89C degrees during the stress test. Good job! Its consumption was over 200W+ .... and 1.514v CPU Core Voltages max.😆 Full system consumption under benchmark 425W+ which is not a little! The GPU showed a consumption of 210W. Unfortunately, we are moving on the fact that there are already (much) computing performance and less consumption, and Mobile processors are already on the market and cheaper when it came to the market, it was king of the i9, but the time passed quickly. I will stay sure for a long time, because it will be enough for a couple of years (for me) and I think you are. You could buy a 2x new machine every year (even at the beginning of the year and the end of the year ...)😏😊

I looked at the 5GHz and 5.1GHz. 5GHz (under 100% stress test 85C Max.) 5.1GHz test 87C degrees max. I watched an FS (5GHz and 5.1GHz - GPU OC all time ON) test, it didn't bring much, but it goes nicely if you need it and that's the point. Picture: 5GHz 5.1GHz (Here the CPU got more points, but the GPU didn't go better than the previous test, but the OC was the same!) For me, this system is fine and I no longer torture hardware with such tests. I use the machine and everyone should do it! Go! 😆💪👍

Today is filled with the system (with special water) and I did a quick test, a little comparison, worth it! It has results and appearances. The temperature is clearly better when the external system is turned on. I asked for a "test" video from the manufacturer and got it about the wet heatsink. This fills me to test the heatsink after production. 👍 Video is a demonstration from the test to leak and pressure test, this is not exactly the X170 Heatsink, but this is done with the manufactured Heatsink. As the FTW_260 Forummate said, it beats -10C degrees on the original heatsink this wet heatsink is idle as an air, which is very there! I can only use it as an airmen because the external water system has not yet been assembled and the components are under purchase. Half of screws goes back to the original, 4 long spring screws are added to the GPU section, 4 black in CPU (I wouldn't have thought) and it gave himself a pretty much where to put it! Heatsink condition before the benches were cut off more precisely, so it is 100% covered (not 100%+ which is no longer very lucky because the Heatsink can't get into place properly because it is made to 100%)👍😉

In principle, you will have to look like this if I put it together. I got the Heatsink, 0.5, 1.5, 2 mm thick Thermal bench and put them together the desired thickness. (Must be for a thickness of 1.5 and 2.5 mm) Maybe tomorrow I'll get myself and take off the original heats and put the wet block with the benches.

In principle, each screw has a place, there are 2 types of screws in the package. Spring and black, CPU and GPU arresting screws are spring, the rest (black) go to the free space. Or isn't it that simple? Pull it as long as you feel good "feeling" and squeezing.☺️
