RTX A5500, RTX A5000 and A4000. I asked the CEO if they can share me the datasheet of the A5500. I'll also question about the 4G decode.

Hey, what should I pick as a GPU?

 

RTX A5000 16GB MXM? 6144 CUDAS.

RTX A5500 16GB MXM? 7424 CUDAS.

 

They're 100€ apart, both are 115W GPUs with DP in DP_D.

 

Have any benchmarks score? Like in 3DMark or Furmark?

 

I bought a cheap 32GB RAM I7 3840QM LVDS M17X R4 and I'll receive the eDP cable too and I have the eDP display as well.

 

We know that the RTX Turing cards work, so it means above will work too with the backlight mod v2.

I'd get the A5500 personally. 

 

HP RTX 4000 isn't working on my M17xR3 eDP PEG. 980M/P5000 work fine, I'll have to see what's going on since it works on SG (980M does not lol)

Do you have any benchmarks that prove the point between them?

 

A5000 (3080 115W) and A5500 (3080 Ti 115W)?

 

It's 550USD vs 650USD... 

 

I forgot, is your Pascal VBIOS in UEFI or Legacy only?

~9-10% performance @ 115w difference, but we don't know if mxm pro cards will be exact same performance. 

 

my p5000 is using the vbios everyone uses for precision m6x00 series. it supports both uefi and legacy. I am of course running in full legacy system

Hi, I bought one of your cables a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure I've correctly located the backlight pins on my 4060 for the Precision 7720. It looks like my pins aren't arranged exactly like the diagram, even though it's an X-Vsion 4060. I'm actually waiting for a modified heatsink from Cicichen to install the card. If you could give me a hand and tell me the pins in the attached photo, that would be great! Thanks!

Brother, im baffled? I have so many questions...okay so i can buy rtx 4080 from xvision and simply install in my p750tm1g? Abkut the mod cable jow exactly i may accquire one?? Full tdp? Why you capped your gpu at 120??

Actually it's 130W capped. Not 120W because I did a mistype. I did that because I didn't make my own custom heatsink at that time and the OEM one I had couldn't handle the 150W from a 4080 I had.

 

The 4080 is in the M6800 with a custom heatsink made by Cicichen (because it was cheaper than making my own) and it works at full TDP. Max 154W registered on this MXM GPU.

 

You can buy the new version later for 41€ on ebay.
