I have to say, I kind of wished I kept my hero now as it was matching my Unify-X with 2 Dimm slots. Might have to dump the Unify -X and grab another hero from MC, then just wait for something better to show up. I tried 7600, but no boot. All these try's were on auto settings only. -

I was able to boot 7400, but not fully stable. I had 2 errors. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Edit: Is that with your Shamancy A-Die memory though?😄 -

Well, I swapped out my 12900K that I bought back in April. 🙂 (Cost was 549.99+ 69.99 for 2 year warranty) As it stands, no one is beating Microcenters in house warranty on computer parts. And Best Buy with their triple the cost warranty is "trash" and take forever to do anything when a problem arises. I walked my 12900K in store with no muss no fuss. Cashier already knew what time it was because he had a guy on 4090 launch day come back in with a complete computer setup to swap out. 😂 For the most part I'm done losing big money on aging parts. Had I bought my Kingpins through them I would be sitting on 4500 right now. If you do like me, then you only pay upgrade cost plus new warranty. And when the next card comes out you only pay the difference. She can't get mad then. Since she already got mad last year for the initial purchase.😄 -

Don't really know as I didn't ask. Just know they had plenty as I was the 20th person in store and they asked if I wanted one. They did changed the price on the 13900K to 549.99 sometime between 9pm and 5 am this morning though. -

Chip cost me 39.99 plus 69.99 dollar warranty, so 110 bucks is a steal if you ask me. Now waiting to see when this KS is going to be showing up. -

Got mine in hand as well. I should have taken my Zotac with me, could have swapped it for a MSI Suprim. -

Not sure at this point....You know how the rumor mill works..... Just because someone says it doesn't make it true.... -

To also add to this thread....there may be a 4090 Kingpin as someone found and reported the sku's for it. It was not said who was making it or where, just that there is a sku for it. -

Me personally, i'm not overly concerned about it as this is my Windows 2022 Server. I have the ability to turn on or off the lighting so not an issue. But it makes for seeing things under the desk at night, 100% more enjoyable. -

You do know that that MSRP is like the middle of the road right? On a scale of like 5 different price points. the 159.99 price point is like 4 and 89.99 is like maybe 2. Edit: Isn't going from 90 dollars to 300 dollars...isn't that a 270% increase? -

I have the old one sitting right here. 360MM, but it was 119.99 and not 89.99. 😄 -

Just looking at Rift Breaker benchmark explains that it's done wrong as some important settings do not match nor does the windows version... -

I'm running it again now stock. Lets see how much of a difference there is.🙂 Edit: Stock Over clocked to like 3000/1500(12000) -

No problem. Sorry it took so long though. Also to add I will need to rerun it as I think that is over clocked. -

No, I'm not keeping this card. No way I'm going to run a 4090 while the 4090 TI is lurking (Although I have my warranty which allows for me to get all my money back later down the line. Minus the warranty part.). And still waiting to see about surpassing the 600W PSU limit. Is that limit written into the 40 series cards? So that if you try to by pass using the 600W cable with just using 4 PCIE cables, will it allow for more watts. Still a few variables floating about before making a judgment purchase. The 3090 runs all my games just fine so no need to jump on the early adoption of a new card.🙂 No, that is not art eraser, but instead it's just insulation tape. It's crazy humid here so the condensation is REAL! Edit: Yep, I'm out of watts.....😭 -

Here is my bend. That is kind of the purpose though.... It's suppose to be GPU only. Plenty of other benchmarks that use cpu, memory and optimizations to improve ones score. And some of these benchmarks one does not want to wait for 5 minutes for it to finish. 🤣 It actually pushed it to the max though.... Although this seems to be an Intel bench though. And Windows 10 seems to be on top. 🙂 -

I like having the single cable as well, but man that bend angle is murder though!😂 -

Same, I had no issues, but forgot about the small black o-rings. I had to order more then fit them in place, But then found out you don't even have to take that part apart either. You leave the 2 hex screws in place and it comes apart with the plexiglass.🤦♂️😄 -
