Bro @Mr. Fox new AMD driver out for you. Hope you love it because newer is always better😆 And I hope you'll be equal exited with the performance as the Red team's fanboys🤪 AMD Drivers Expand Fluid Motion Frames Support To RDNA 2 “Radeon RX 6000” GPUs

Just add 300L automotive antifreeze, put the Freeze at minus 35 and use a very strong pump. But you have to carefully follow any condensation🙂 I could come away with sub 1100$ if I lived in EU and not in a tax hell as here home. Btw. I wonder what G.skill want for those.... G.skill F5-8400J4052G24GX2-TZ5RW https://www.gskill.com/product/165/374/1696494301/F5-8400J4052G24GX2-TZ5RW Tested Voltage (XMP/EXPO) - 1.40V Some of-topic. This is happening right now in one of world's richest countries with $1.600 trillion USD in their fund. They can't be used because the Government/politicians are afraid for that the high inflation don't drop. They rather let own citizens suffer to hunger than use some of the money to help the poor one here home. - We must do everything we can to control the rise in prices. Let the people be without food is legit, if we shall reach the goal. This in worlds richest land. We do not lack the money here in Oil ritch Norway, but the government will not use any $$$ to help it's own citizens. This is sad. Sounding the alarm: - Humanitarian crisis in Norway The day before the state budget is to be presented, voluntary organizations gather in a joint appeal to the government.... - We are in a social crisis. Today's welfare society cannot ensure that families with children and others have food and what they need, says Ingvill Alisøy in the Red Cross. Yep, no one is poorer than the old gready ritch man... They want everything themself. Governments also have this philsosophy as life line.

A hell lot cheaper than a chiller🙂 Or close to 1/10 of the price here in EU/Norway. I have to pay close to 1300€ or $1,365 United States Dollar for this chiller with shipping incl tax to Norway. Test: the Alphacool Eiszeit 2000 chiller CornerJack - October 4, 20234 After presenting you the Eiszeit 2000 chiller cooling system from the Alphacool brand,

ASUS to launch four new Z790 motherboards on October 16th, expanding Z790 lineup to 27 models.... ASUS will wait for Intel to announce its new 14th Gen Core series. /cdn-cgi/image/format=auto,onerror=redirect,width=1920,height=1920,fit=scale-down/https://www.overclock.net/attachments/1696522254557-png.2629916/ The nice thing.... I ordered the Black Apex Encore just in time. 3 hours later and the retail shop here home removed the product article from their sales site🙂

It seems nvidia want to improve their product stack with new castrated SKU to compete with Intel.... Their 4060 128bit scam is priced too high. And 4060 is in short 4050. What it better than pull up a new ugly trick from their sleeves. Cap the amount vram further on 3000 series and further castrate the mem bus... Hmmm. This is well known trick to cut cost with 4000 series low/mid end cards. That's really...... Faced with the Intel Arc A580, NVIDIA castrates its RTX 3050! For now, this new competition from Intel is forcing NVIDIA to offer a new card. However, given the price sectors concerned, an RTX 4050 would prove too expensive. Remember that the non-Ti RTX 4060 is trading around $300. Ayt least the 4060 didn't get 6GB vram. Maybe they will downgrade 4060 to 6GB cards in end of 2024 or when they launch 5000 series cards? who knows🥴 But hey.... It's nvidia. Just to have a little response, the greens could well offer us a small castrated 3050. For this reason, the card would rely on a GA107-325 GPU with an unknown number of cuda cores . The memory part would then be truncated, the capacity going from 8 GB to 6 GB while the bus would be shortened: 96 bits instead of 128 bits. In addition, the frequency would also be 17% lower since we are talking about 1470 MHz! NVIDIA to Launch GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Variant Late 2024 with Lower Specs NVIDIA is preparing to launch an upgraded version of the GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. Unlike the original's 8GB of VRAM, this model will sport 6GB and will continue to be based on the Ampere GPU architecture. A detailed look into its specifications shows that the upcoming GeForce RTX 3050 will house the GA107-325-Kx GPU, built on the PG173 SKU 16 PCB board.

Yup, 1070 will still offer some gaming exitement/fun. And this isn't because nvidia was so kind offering new optimizions for 1000 series graphics cards. Thanks AMD😬 15:07 Testing FSR 3 on GTX 1070

What more to say......

New/newer is always better, LOOL @Mr. Fox @ryan+++++ Windows 10 Still More Popular Than Windows 11, Two Years Later According to StatCounter, Windows 10 holds an impressive 71.64% of the world's total Windows-based operating system market share, while Windows 11 holds just 23.61%. Windows 11's lackluster market share is understandable given its mixed reception overall. Windows 11 now has more features than Windows 10 — including Microsoft's new AI co-pilot, as well as widgets and full DirectStorage support — many people still prefer Windows 10's older user interface. (Even our Editor-in-Chief, Avram Piltch, still prefers Windows 10 on his main machine, due to its smaller, more customizable start menu and simpler context menu.)

New/newer is always better bro @ryan @Rage Set😁 And I know bro @Mr. Foxwon't be so dumb that he jump on the latest and greatest CU patches from the stupids in Redmond. So he is most likely safe from the madness. Windows 11's Latest Cumulative Update Breaks AMD Adrenalin Control Panel According to a community post on the AMD forums, Microsoft's latest cumulative preview update KB5030310 can break AMD's Adrenalin graphics control panel and can cause custom settings to be reset inside the control panel every time the system reboots. Thankfully, Microsoft's latest update does not break graphics driver functionality, but it will be irritating for users that use the Adrenalin control panel a lot. If you own a Radeon GPU, it would probably be best to wait on this update. Apparently, the problem can also be fixed by uninstalling the update if you have already installed it. Though this issue has only been confirmed from the AMD community forum post we mentioned above, so there's a chance some Radeon users won't be affected. I hope this one can be an option. I will follow up and see how it perform in reviews. The choice between black or black and no RGB, damn tempting🙂 Can't beat that color and feature options bro @Mr. Fox TeamGroup launches its T-Force Xtreem DDR5! With its new memory kits, the brand offers us DDR5 RAM equipped with an aluminum heatsink. The latter offers a sober design with a T-Force logo applied to the side. As for the color, we have the choice between black or black. In all cases, RGB is absent. Narvik Black. I can understand that color scheme label. Narvik is a big black hole in the winter time long north in Norway. A place known from the Second World War.

Yup.... Back in Black. Enjoy 🙂

Fantastic news 🙂 https://www.overclock.net/threads/official-asus-strix-maximus-z790-owners-thread.1800191/post-29242442 Back to Black!!!!🤩 ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 APEX Encore spotted: Overclocking Enthusiast Board And less ugly... Yup.... Back in Black. Enjoy 🙂 Thanks bro Fox 🙂

Same temps as with KPX. Anyone that can confirm it? Maybe the results will change with an decent overclock.

First step, ordered while I had the chance......... Asus Rog Maximus Z790 Apex Encore. $902 USD ($720 without the dreaded 25% Norwegian tax). But I still can't see any 14900K in the shops. I'll continue follow up this one 🙂 This rehashed Z790 Apex board is 30% higher priced than Z690 Apex. In short same motherboards as the Z690 Apex with some minor/minscule changes. Again.... Disgusting. And the inflation in prices the last two years have been sub 10%. Not the awful 30% price hike as Asus now want. Edit. Z790 Apex Encore: spotted in Norway! https://overclocking.com/z790-apex-encore-reperee-en-norvege/ What if we could pick up one before release date?🙂 The beauty is in in the details... Some people think they have found up the wheel a second time.

Nvidia RTX 40 GPU Shortages Hit Tokyo's Electric Town The top-end RTX 4090 seems particularly hard to grab. A report citing several PC hardware stores in Tokyo raises concerns about an impending shortage of Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards, particularly at the high end. Japan's ITmedia PC User has surveyed several electronics stores in Tokyo's famous Akihabara Electric Town district, and elsewhere, with the conclusion that "the stock of cards equipped with GeForce RTX 4090/4080 is thinning across the city." Another PC outlet in Akihabara said that it sees high demand for the flagship RTX 4090, as well as the RTX 4070 Ti. Nevertheless, this store manager is "deliberately stocking up on RTX 4080 cards," as the time will come when this GPU isn't overlooked. What About the US? At the time of writing, the likes of Amazon and Newegg appear to have ample stocks of GeForce RTX 4090 models. For how long will this last? What is the best way to keep up MSRP for the best cards? Keep the stock levels balanced and don'trush out loads of 4090s? Better with a slight shortage of cards people really want. And better with low stock of cards don't want to buy. Cheaper GeForce RTX 4090 cards hard to come by in Japan, low demand for RTX 4080 https://videocardz.com/newz/cheaper-geforce-rtx-4090-cards-hard-to-come-by-in-japan-low-demand-for-rtx-4080 Another retailer explained the intentional low stock of RTX 4080 cards, stating, “Due to the issue of overlap, fewer people are choosing RTX 4080 cards. Many opt for RTX 4070 Ti if they seek high-end performance, and for ultra-high-end, they go up to RTX 4090. Therefore, we deliberately limit our stock.”

LOOL. I know. Now it's time for one of my favorites. Not a game for you but a video that show how to react properly😁

Dang bro Fox. You're well into gaming now. Maybe I should suggest a gaming community for you?😀 "Our Favorite Gaming Communities You Should Join" But don't count on me FOLLOWING YOU brother😆 5:40 @ryanis it tempting?🤣 You'll feel more home with the right gaming tools...... Pick your poison.

Hmmm. Could be that MSI was damn afraid for higher RMA numbers hence they capped the performance vbios to 530W. Damn amusing... MSIs flagship cards come with lower TDP than Nvidia's own Founders Edition cards. In short... The AIC partners going the opposite way vs Nvidia and have started digging their own grave, LOOL Yet another stupid idea from the hardware manufacturers. Stupidity is the new norm they all crawl after. One worse than the other then they shift between each other who's worst.

😆😁😂

Looking forwards to your oc'ing results😁 We Overclocked Raspberry Pi 5 to 3 GHz, Up to 25% Perf Boost No point for Nvidia to do anything with the prices of their higher tier cards. Yup. I don't jump on 13900KS after giving my MB and 13900K to my oldest son. I'll jump right on 14900K once they are released here home. And I'll need a new motherboard. Hope the so called #refreshed# boards is ready before 14th gen launch here home. The faster I get the parts, the faster my son can start upgrade his machine, so it won't be the 14900KS🙂 One thing for sure. The 13900K I have won't be an bottleneck for his 2080Ti.

Not my first choice but this just show how overpriced the new premium MB from Asus, Msi, Gigabyte has become. None of the best MB should cost a cent above 400-500$. Today you often have to pay above 1000$ or the double for the mb from mentioned brands above. Maxsun's Z790 Motherboard Embraces 400W Overclocked Intel CPUs Premium features for $299......

Intel "Meteor Lake" will not be an option for home-built computers Processors today 09:27 Intel's promise of Core 14000 "Meteor Lake" for desktops turns out to be mainly about soldered processors for ready-made systems.

They have to do it this way. Because only 23% want Win 11 or the latest and greatest. Desktop Windows Version Market Share Worldwid And if you look at the graph in the link... Win11 have lost 0.5% of the users from July to Aug😆 And Win10 have increased in popularity. So new/newer has to be better @ryan Todays news about CM adapters. Let'm come....... Still many bling bling lovers that use them. Only 4 today. Still no record. My 12VHPWR 90 Adapter is stuck. Angle adaptor melted … what do? It’s one of these days Stuck 4090 180 Adaptor Yes it's a 1.0 adaptor. And yes I didn't get 1.1 because this has been working fine since the first batch🙄

Nice. Intel in Microsoft's pocket.... Microsoft try everything to push you over on the latest and greatest. How much did they pay Intel? Maybe payback time because Microsoft pushed harder HW requirements for Win 11? Right in time before new motherboards come with Wi-Fi 7 support. Nice, Microsoft and it's partners deviver. Always on schedule. Windows 10 won't support the blistering new Wi-Fi 7 Windows 10 is still the most used operating system, but it won't support the next-gen Wi-Fi 7 technology. In this context, Netgear stresses that Microsoft has indicated that it will not backport 6 GHz support to Windows 10. So even if you have a 6 GHz-capable network adapter installed in your computer, if your PC is using Windows 10, you will not be able to use 6 GHz Wi-Fi until you upgrade to Windows 11. In other words, since Windows 10 doesn’t support the 6 GHz frequency band, but 6 GHz is mandatory for Wi-Fi 7, Windows 10 can’t handle Wi-Fi 7
