  1. Yep, you'll need that extended warranty😎 Response on the bolded text...
  2. Tried with Throttlestop? Happy I don't have to deal with this anymore. https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-throttlestop/ I found the pict of the system 🙂 Sorry for the bad pict quality. I still use the trashy cheap Android phone I bought for the summer vaccation last year.
  3. Hmm. I also had this one before I swapped over to Lian Li and Asetek phase change cooler for well over 20 years ago. Damn I'm getting old😁 That chassis was the high end around 2001-2002. And nice black.
  4. Do you even have 285K ? And are you following oc'ing forums? I'm sure @Mr. Fox know what I talk about. This is Win10 This is with Windows 11 or better say latest and greatest from Redmond retards.
  5. Do you even have an Core Ultra 9 285K ? And are you following oc'ing forums? I'm sure @Mr. Fox know what I talk about. This is Win10 This is with Windows 11 or better say the latest and greatest from Redmond retards.
  6. Hmmm. If you want/need one of the 5000 series card and live in US you have to buy today. Not next week, next month or next year. 5000 series cards is cheap now if you can find some near MSRP. Or just ride out what you already have. Worse for those that sold their 4000 series card for cheap before 5000 series launch. And just look at 4000 series card prices. They are sky high. Expect the same for 5090 when the 6000 series is out. And nvidia don't mind that the Chinese upgrade their cards. They probably do a great business help selling overpriced vram chips. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 with upgraded 96GB VRAM teased: could release soon for AI workloads Nvidia RTX 5070 Founders Edition won't be available on launch day, coming 'later in March' Yet another rehash from Nvidia. Edit. It might be hard to imagine even worse GPU prices but the CEOs of Best Buy and Target both predict tariffs will push consumer prices up and fast Don't be surprised if you see AMD also screw up .... Remember this is the norm. VRAM temperature issues with AMD RX 9000? In short, it remains to be seen what causes this problem. As our colleague reminds us, memory chips can withstand the following maximum temperatures: Micron: 105°C SK Hynix: 105°C Samsung: 95°C
  7. Hmmm. Why did jensen lie about 5070 ? Too boost sales from his scam? 2.5 stars of 5. Fantastic value. I guess people will still buy it at inflated/scalper prices if there is shortage due Nvidia's greed. People are grazy. Sad but true🙁 Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 review: A stagnant 'upgrade' but an okay GPU
  8. Can you afford lose the money if the Jokebook crap out? Modern tiny tech trash is damn fragile. Or just.... and see what happens. All six and you may are in luck and can save the money😁 Exactly. Don't fix it if ain't broken. Fantastic engineering choices... The worst of all is that Xbox support mentions that it is not possible to revert the firmware installation, so if you install it you will have to wait for them to release another version that fixes it. Xbox controller firmware update causes random movement and it's not stick drift
  9. Most likely MSI Afterburner 4.6.6 Beta 5 Build 16555 from Feb. Aka nothing have changed. No changes in MSI Afterburner itself, the same version was recompiled to increment build number from 16554 to 16555. Maybe nvidia have paid the scalper price difference to tackle AMD's launch? Nvidia and its partners (especially nvidia) won't lose much money doing it this way with so few cards at launch in the long run. This will be pennies or better say petty cash from Nvidia's war fund. Several GeForce RTX 5070 Editions Listed On Retailer; Base And OC Editions Priced At MSRP Of $549 The latest listings on B&H Photo Video retailer show many custom models of the GPU, mostly from Gigabyte and ASUS, but two are from PNY as well. Typically, vendors launch base and OC models as one can check from the listings, but the surprising thing here is the mentioned MSRP of those GPUs. This time, even the OC models that usually sell for noticeably higher price tags are also listed for the same $549. Currently, out of 10 RTX 5070 GPUs listed on the retailer, four carry price tags.
  10. Windows 11 24H2 is a huge mess paired with Intel Core Ultra processors/platform. And you are almost forced to use Windows 11 with AMD's new gen graphics cards. -Nice. Windows 11 24H2 might quietly throttle and slow your system when you aren't paying attention AMD makes a Windows 11 official requirement mandatory for latest graphics cards AMD has made one of the minimum system requirements of Windows 11 a necessity for its latest generation of graphics cards.... From the Green camp's new products... NVIDIA makes a fool of itself again with its new Hotfix driver: it doesn't solve the problems, it creates new ones, and it's the users who come up with several partial solutions
  11. Doesn't help. If US really cared they would have to ban Nvidia from selling their chips in whole Asia continent/region. As well several other countries around the world. That would mean Nvidia would go out of business. And money matters. In short... All US chip/tech companies would go out of business. And whats the point demand water down the chips performance for the China market when China have one of world's biggest corps of engineers that can boost performance from less performing chips? Only a full ban of all chips and ban +70% of the global continent from buying chips. That won't happen. As long there is chips production with ot without US tech, China will get their share of them. Chinese firms get Blackwell chips by ordering through nearby countries, defying U.S. bans This just shows how ineffective the U.S. bans and sanctions are when it comes to controlling the inflow of chips into China, with former U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo saying that moves like this are but a fool’s errand. That’s because unlike ASML, which only have a few customers, Nvidia has a massive customer base that would make it nearly impossible to track where each of its products will end up. Yup, more profits from data center chips... Major Swedish retailer confirms lack of GeForce RTX 5070 stock at launch MSI increases RTX 5070 Ti prices ahead of RX 9070 XT launch MSI unlaunches its “MSRP” cards, RTX 50 series get a price hike in official store MSI is likely to be only the first of many companies to raise prices for the RTX 5070 Ti. Asus previously faced similar criticism when the price of the Prime RTX 5080 GPU rose to 1,178 euros after its market launch. Manufacturers often stick to Nvidia's RRP until launch in order to get their models into the first reviews. However, some analysts suspect that the price increases were already planned in advance, even before Nvidia published the official pricing guidelines.
  12. Long time since I have seen such a mess from Nvidia. I hope AMD can learn from all this. People aren't so forgiving with AMD. NVIDIA’s Latest Driver Update Is Apparently Unable To Resolve “Black Screen” Issues For Many Users; MFG-Supported Titles Are Now Crashing It is claimed that all titles supporting MFG are now crashing out for the user, and even after applying the 572.65 "hotfix," the issue seems to be persistent. However, the black-screen isn't just limited to MFG titles; Since the update was released a few days ago, we have not seen masses reports on crashing issues. However, the initial reports indeed indicate that something is wrong. The problem could lie with how MFG works for RTX 50 Blackwell Blackscreen GPUs, but we are not sure for now. Edit.
  13. Windows 10 is once again the most popular OS on Steam And the latest and greatest is still riddled with weird bugs @Mr. Fox Windows 11 24H2 might quietly throttle and slow your system when you aren't paying attention

  15. Me... Continue with my "old" Intel 1700 setup. Neither Intel or AMD will get my money this round. I was ready to buy but none offered anything better than what I already have. New doesn't always mean much better. Only newer😎
  16. This won't help. And US government had to do the same for the whole Asia continent (Asia population is equivalent to 59.05% of the total world population). The “China Shock” in semiconductors: Chip prices have dropped so much that no company can compete, some could close
  17. US companies prefer China. And nothing can or will be changed. Again you see tech companies prefer China over the west or globally. Nothing will change bro @Mr. Fox AMD has opened preorders for the just-announced Radeon RX 9070 series. The preorders are available exclusively in China for now. The company faces an uphill battle to gain momentum in China’s GPU market. AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT leads over non-XT model in China preorders
  18. Spot on from Corsair Team. Straight from the textbook. People think a native 12+4 pin cable is the best choice. But nothing is better than the old 8 pin connectors. There is still a few people out ther that can use their brain bro @Mr. Fox
  19. Yup. And Nvidia know very well that their AIB partners for gaming cards can set whatever prices they want. Even for MSRP cards. Nvidia have no time for gamers. They go after the big money. Gamers will be valuable again once the AI bubble go out. There’s a finite capacity for chip production across the industry. Nvidia, AMD, and their fabrication partners can only make so many chips, especially for the newest and most complex designs — and a company like Nvidia would prefer to sell 10,000 new data center GPUs to OpenAI than 10,000 gaming GPUs to Best Buy (or a partners like etc Asus). And Asus can just adjust the prices of the few they get from Nvidia. OpenAI has run out of GPUs, says Sam Altman — GPT-4.5 rollout delayed due to lack of processing power Altman added in his post that hundreds of thousands more GPUs are coming soon. Shortages like these are what’s pushing OpenAI to develop its own AI silicon in partnership with Broadcom. But because it will take the company years before it can release its own chips, for now it must rely on Nvidia and other providers for its needs for now. AI cock suckery, LOOL Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti vs. GTX 1080 Ti: Return of the GOAT GPU The Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti is pretty darn good. But how does it compare to the eight-year-old GTX 1080 Ti, which many think is the greatest graphics card of all time? In other words, if you spent money on this card seven or eight years ago and you don’t need the latest and greatest, I’d say you’re fine to hang on to that aging 10-series card for another generation.
  20. Something is fishy here. The whole cards weight is 1750 grams from the HUB video. The cooler weight 1450 and the die cast frame 244 grams. That's already 1694 grams if you follow the math. No in hell the 5090 PCB, components and fans + the fan shroud only weight in 56 grams. Please do the math yourself. For the records... The 5090 Master Ice, the white sibling, weight 3200 grams with the added extra fan from this review. Far from 1750 grams the Aorus Master weight in as HU claims. Not sure what's up. Brain fog?🤐 Edit. Gigabyte would be insane/stupid if they engineered their 5090 flagship cards lighter than previous gen low end 4090 SKUs as the 4090 Gaming OC you see from pict below. And for the pricing.... More expensive than even Asus flagship. ROG taxes wasn't enough for Gigabyte. Even the Gaming OC card cost more than the Astral OC. Isn't that disgusting?
  21. 9070XT ~ $600. The 9070 is all too expencive at $549. Why in hell price it that high? But I hope AMD have enough cards for launch. Because AMD need customers/higher market share. https://videocardz.com/newz/amd-rdna4-officially-presented-in-china-radeon-rx-9070-xt-priced-at-4999-rmb-599-rx-9070-at-4499-rmb-549
  22. Each to their own. A xx80 cards with half the cores vs geforce high end cards is just disgusting. Die Size 378 mm² is equal or even smaller than what is used for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. Yet another disgusting PSU design choice. No 8 pin connectors for Radeon or Intel graphics cards. But offer dual 12V-2x6 connectors for dual nvidia graphics. Maybe Nvidia have paid for the whole R&D ?🤔 Or maybe they subsidise this model? Damn disgusting PSU design choice for the power outputs. 1250W PSU and one lonely PCIe (6+2 pin). And that one will go to the MB as well. Thats'''' perverse... https://www.guru3d.com/story/mpg-a1600t-pcie6-a1250gs-pcie5-and-mpg-a1000gs-pcie5-new-pcie5-power-supply-line/ Who'm should pay above $700 for a xx70tier card? @Mr. Fox ready to open your wallet? AMD FSR 4 might not be as good as expected, far behind NVIDIA and slightly worse than Intel? Whether it is RTX50 or RDN4, after finishing the evaluation, my feeling is that this generation of graphics cards is completely a generation of products for technical experiments. To put it bluntly, it is treating buyers as guinea pigs. That will be a great deal for those that prefer (gaming) Jokebook. Because prices will be even worse for the US market. Trump's tariff on China is going up to 20 percent President Trump now says that he's applying an additional 10 percent tariff to goods imported from China, and tariffs against Mexico and Canada will begin in March. Trump has also declared plans to charge a separate 25 percent tariff on chip imports by April 2, potentially spiking prices even higher. If you are in need for etc new graphics cards then it's time to buy it now if you can find one for sale.
