Here is my Ryzen 7950x after a CB23 run

I read this too, and was disappointed. Was hoping for a nice overhaul.

I'm either going to get the smaller version, or try hard tubing. I would need the smaller version in order to keep the reservoir/pump in the case. I did some research and they have one that mounts in the place of a 120/140mm fan. I have all the fittings and tubes to switch to hard.

...and thats your reservoir laying on the bottom of the case? I really like that look, well done 👊 any links to these? Titan PC? Frozen CPU? Performance PC,s?

I am sorry, but it's just nuts talking about $1700 graphics cards being a good deal. Maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to muster the ca hones to pull a trigger on a card for that amount of mullah. I know full well the addiction, though. 😄

I remember grabbing an EVGA 1080Ti the same way. Checking the forum for when they were going to drop, then doing the F5 refresh about every 60 seconds 😄

They are their own worst enemy. When they actually listened to the end user, they produced some good OSes, and some fairly good peripherals. This is what happens when people in high places think they know whats best for everyone else, and sadly we are seeing it in every facet of life. From the type of cars, to the type of governing they think is appropriate. Sadly the younger generation thinks this is the norm, and have no clue what real choice is.

Even though I don't have an abundance of time lately, I've been milling over purchasing this Bykski water block. Is anyone using a water block from them? How does it perform?

I have a set for you, check your PM@electrosoftJust collecting dust on my desk. I would rather you have them, and share your settings. Its an inexpensive set to tinker with.

I am pretty sure its the board. It doesn't matter if everything is set to auto or not, it just does weird sh1t. Resetting cmos does strange things too. It does not even reset to defaults, and starts in a weird power saving mode, where all the RGB's are dark, fans don't spin, and that just started recently. It has been flaky since day 1, with odd behavior. I like the board and its features, but am getting tired of messing with it to keep it running. How the morning went. Reply to your post here, remembered that you posted about a new bios. Thought...ok lets flash it and check it out. Enter the M flash utility via the bios, looking at my phone while loading....3 or 4 minutes go by with a blank screen.. Hmmm, better hit the reset button, once, twice, three times...all go to code C5. Ok, hard reset via holding the power button down. Still C5 code. OK, reset cmos...starts in some "power saving" mode, enter bios, load my profile....Boot normal/

I may switch back to the AsRock board next go around. Loved my X570 from them on the 3900X. This MSI board is really starting to torque me off. Tried to enter the flash utility to flash the new bios, and it locked up with this code. Has to reset cmos again

I'll be abandoning my 7950x build next year for a 8950x build. 🤣. Been reading about the new ground up architecture on the 3nm node. Should make for a good upgrade 👍 How about you bros @electrosoft@jaybee83?
