Microsoft change all the time so why bother with the beta OS ? You never know what you get in the next Windows Update. Win 11 is as a ticking bomb. And often updates that no-one have asked for.

Windows 11 KB5019980 is available for users outside the beta testing program and it comes with a lot of features, including tabs support in File Explorer and more. KB5019980 is a mandatory security update published......  In other words, t’s likely that you already have the update applied to your system and changes like tabbed File Explorer or taskbar overflow UI are now live. Yep, security Updates is well worth to install (sarcasm).

Well, it's kind of like a rolling release, but with little control over the upgrade process, and very little in terms of the ability to customize the black box proprietary OS. I'm sorry I even brought up this comparison lol

Microsoft tried hard make Win 11 22H2 better than the orginal released build, but as usual failed hard. So nothing new her🙂

Microsoft confirms Windows 11 Remote Desktop issue ghachs.net

Microsoft confirmed a remote desktop issue that is affecting the company's latest operating system, Windows 11 version 22H2, today. The issue affects devices running the Windows 11 2022 Update, but not devices that run the original release version of the Windows 11 operating system nor earlier versions of Windows.

Sorry for the late reply! I didn't have an internet connection at that time besides the high ram usage and usual Vaio bloatware everything was fine. I played Ck 2007 WC edition, NFS PS, nfsMW w/o any issue. It used to thermal throttle at 97C and still played games fine. Didn't know much about PC repair and Vaio was always in service depot with screen and mobo replacement.

Windows 11 22H2 is full of bugs: Check them out here

Windows 11 version 22H2, also known as the 2022 update, came with many serious bugs and we have compiled a list just for you.

And yet, Microsoft want that you have to run into same "Moment".... mess agan. Maybe even before they have ruled out all bugs from current version. Look at the beauty bro @Mr. Fox @Ashtrix++++

Spoiler

Schitts Creek Eww GIF by CBC

Microsoft might be working on a third big update for Windows 11 22H2

Microsoft isn’t really committed to a specific schedule for feature drops and there’s a chance we might see more ‘Moment’ updates in future. In fact, references spotted in the preview builds seem to indicate that possibilities of “Moment 3” cannot be ruled out, at least for now.

I'm not sure they are committed to anything--certainly not excellence or the sheeple flock they think they own--but, the people responsible for their atrocities are such demented losers that they probably should "be committed" in a different use of that verbiage.

Microsoft fixes Windows vulnerable driver blocklist sync issue bleepingcomputer.com

Disabling the driver blocklist
Microsoft also says that starting with the Windows 11 2022 update (version 22H2), the blocklist is enabled by default on all devices.

"Blocking drivers can cause devices or software to malfunction. In rare cases, it leads to a stop error," Microsoft warned on Tuesday. "There is no guarantee that the blocklist will block every driver that has weaknesses."

For Windows 10 and Windows 11 21H2, you can disable the driver blocklist by turning off 'Memory Integrity' in the 'Core Isolation' settings, or if using Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), disabling it in your configuration.

However, as the driver blocklist is enabled by default in Windows 11 22H2, even when Memory Integrity is disabled, it's unclear how to disable the blocklist in the latest version of the operating system.

Best solution is to not utilize any of their worthless, buggy "security" trash.

Remove Defender.7z

Microsoft has published an advisory regarding an issue introduced with the latest Windows 11 version 22H2 update that renders some UI elements of the Task Manager unreadable for many users...

Yesterday, Microsoft rolled out build 22621.900 (KB5020044) to Windows 11 version 22H2 users. This is a relatively major update that brings gaming improvements, storage alerts for OneDrive subscribers, and enhancements to Windows Spotlight, among many other things. However, the update has also introduced a new issue in Task Manager.

Bottomless pit of evil... Microsoft Pluton... they're coming, guys... remember all my warnings about UEFI in years past? Satanic plans are falling into place, just like a bucket of Legos dipped in feces. Smell my finger, LOL.

Equally diabolical partners in crime...

People that say this is "tin foil hat" simply aren't paying attention and don't really care about facts. Double-dog dare you to watch both videos from start to finish, LOL. The most nefarious elements of it all are exposed at 12:40 and continues through 17:25, but the added context leading up to it is useful. Wake up people... before you fall into a digitally-induced comatose state of inprisonment.

Pretty depressing, and unfortunately there is no easy way out of this. There has been some regulatory pushback in Europe, and obviously the fairly robust personal data protection via GDPR makes a difference, but the US folks are literally left to their own devices.

Yeah, very much so. We (collectively) have brought this on ourselves in many ways; not the least of which is the ludicrous idea that most people and businesses and governments are essentially good and trying to do what is best for everyone. The exact opposite is true. The only way out of it is for everyone to start paying more attention and begin to deliberately engage in acts of defiance, circumvention and diversion. It won't be easy and I think most people are too enamored with the nonsensical garbage they like and will be unwilling to live without the rubbish packing a hidden payload of filth.

Moreover, there is a real risk that at some point governments (outside of China, which of course is a dystopian state already) will state mandating the use of certain privacy-violating technologies, and/or ban the use of technologies that help preserve privacy, such as encryption. At the moment the use is accepted, as long as it can be circumvented for specific law enforcement related reasons, however, you can already see inroads being made into areas unrelated to policing (e.g. covid contact tracking apps were required for access to certain venues in some countries).

Hard time being in the Red Camp.... No love from Microsoft either.

The final Patch Tuesday of 2022 on Windows 11 22H2 (KB5021255) is apparently causing issues on AMD Ryzen systems per some user reports. These users are reporting random 10-20 second freezes.

After installing this update on Windows 11 22H2, our clients with AMD CPU's started to completly freeze up at random times for minuttes, then unfreeze again.

This issue also happend after KB5019980, which we uninstalled. Now this update reintroduces this issue again. Uninstalling the new update, resloved the issue again.

Unplugging/plugging USB devices will cause the system to resume again.

LOOOL. New has to be better. Always.  Why waste your precious time upgrade to the latest and flawed from Redmond only to get a more buggy and unstable system? Are people stupid bro @Ashtrix @Mr. Fox? For the records... You don't even need to have the latest Windows 10 version to come on par in performance.

Intel "Raptor Lake" performance now equal in Windows 10 and Windows 11

Intel "Raptor Lake" performance now equal in Windows 10 and Windows 11

A test by PCWorld shows that Intel's hybrid architecture now works about as well with Microsoft's two latest operating systems.

Even gamer kids should be able to see that Microsoft only try to push you to the latest and greatest only to serve you more ads and push you into their Microsoft account and cloud money grabbing.

Yes. Yes, they are.

So are the people testing and reporting on the "progress" LOL. Plenty of Kool-Aid to go around... bottomless supply of it for the bottom feeders. Their graph shows PL1/PL2 set at 253W. Why? Maybe because they only want partial performace? Or, maybe because it lowers the bar so that Windows 10 and 11 look equal? What would the graph look like with 4095W for PL1/PL2, and why do people even care about setting power limits? The answer to that question is the same as the answer to the question you asked.
