His FAQ is crazy, LOL. I am surprised he has over 10K subscribers but some people are gluttons for punishment. I'm going to create a FAQ like this for the organization that I support, I wonder how it is going to turn out. " How do I contact you?? – Go back to the consulting page, pay 500$. I DO NOT HAVE TIME to answer questions or talk to people, I get enough spam as it is. If someone’s DM’s are turned off on all platforms, that means they don’t want to be messaged" -

I get he's trying to be funny but he clearly doesn't understand the architectural changes AMD did. The 7900 XTX is going to split the difference between the 4080 and 4090 in terms of performance, while being cheaper than both cards. Nvidia will keep the performance crown with the 4090 and reset it yet again with the 4090 TI, but the damage has been done. As @Papusan pointed out, the 4090 TI is going to have to be 2500 to not kill the 4090's priced at 2k or cheaper. Does anyone here believe that Nvidia will concede the 700 to 1000 range to AMD? For all intents and purposes, that is the new battleground for GPUs (it used to be the 400 to 600 range). Not at all. Nvidia is going to be in trouble, not with performance but their pricing. This is RDNA3's Ryzen moment. -

That sucks bro, I'm sorry. I don't normally get the extended warranty on these cards because I don't own many of them for that long and it wouldn't transfer to a new owner anyway (unless I know them well and send it for repair on my behalf). Hopefully you can get it fixed. -

I'm good man, how are you? I was eventually going to make my way back here to see how you guys compete. I have never registered that card and if I did, I've deleted it from My Products page on evga.com. The card was purchased on 2/4/19. I can send you the PDF of the invoice via e-mail. You should be able to register it. I still have my 3090's and 3080 TI Hybrid (still brand new in box) if you or anyone else is interested. I'm doing well. Life gave me some lemons and I'm making the best lemonade ever. I appreciate you all. I've gained brothers for life, even the ones I disagree with. I'm going to take brother @Papusan approach to hardware. But I am going to be around more often again. I'm thinking about the 13900K. Lord knows I have about four Z690 boards I can use with it, lol. -

@Mr. Fox I'm sorry I've been missing in action. Did you get the warranty straight with the 2080 TI? Lots to read through. (If you ever need me, you have my number, just call or text me bro). -

We are indeed heading into a dark period and I took that into account when I started enacting my plans. Long story short, I ended my partnership with my original company that I cofounded so many years ago. It became increasing difficult to work with my old partners and I felt (still do) like it was time to go solo and do something that I could be proud of. That is my ultimate goal and I will get there or die trying. -

Hey Gentlemen, I know it has been awhile but I've been away trying to build my business...likely a bad move now that we are heading into a recession. My initial plan was to get a level 2 IT position at a local company that didn't require me to be on call or needed on the weekends while slowly building my business. That company put a freeze on hiring for the position I was going to get, however, they offered me a higher position which required a lot more hours and to be on call...I declined. LOL. That was very stupid on my part. With that said, I have savings to hold me for a little while, as I contemplate my next move. In the meantime, I may offer my 3090's (Asus White 3090 and EVGA 3090 Hybrid) for dirt cheap up here for you guys. I will continue to lurk in the shadows on this forum and perhaps post a benchmark here and there. -

My Z690 Dark will be appearing on the marketplace here soon. Keep an eye out if you are interested. I don't have the time to really dedicate to take advantage of the board. My loss can be your gain. -

If anyone else wants to give their higher end GPU's a workout, check out the UE5 Matrix City demo. You will have to actually download Unreal Engine 5 (I think there are some compiled unofficial standalone demos out there) and compile it yourself, but it a beautiful demo to say the least. -

I'd have jumped on that in a heartbeat but alas I promised my wife to put all into my business until it's fully operational. Unless you're up for some kind of trade. Likely not but no harm in asking. -

It is a rabbit hole. Once you go custom and realize how much you can do with it. While some AIO's have gotten better in terms of longevity, I still have D5 pumps that are 5+ years old and gone through the ringer and they perform beautifully. Same for the radiators. Stay away from DDC pumps. I never had one last more than two years without having to warranty it. -
Price: 900 (Willing to look at offers but lowballs will be ignored.) Condition: Used (In great condition) Warranty: None Reason for sale: Selling for business capital for a new business. (Buyers will receive something special in the future). Payment: Zelle (No PayPal) Item location: Waterbury, CT Shipping: Free Shipping (USA Only) International shipping: No Handling time: 2 Business Days Feedback: I have done business with numerous users on this forum and NBR with no issues whatsoever. Buy with complete confidence! This CPU is the same one used by Mr. Fox for a lot of his amazing benchmark scores. I am using the copper IHS but I will include the original IHS as well. The CPU was used with liquid metal and the IHS has not been glued back to the chip. I will clean it prior to shipping it out. The EVGA X299 Dark has been used for benches and while it is a bit dusty, should work great.

Best Buy normally returns anything (except for cameras) but they do have a secret (not really secret anymore) buyer/shopper scoring system. So if you return a lot more than you keep, they stop you stone cold. -

Yeah, I personally wouldn't touch Eurocom after all of the issues with my former F5 when another NBR member purchased it from me and tried getting a warranty replacement. They finally replaced the F5 for him after weeks of back and forth. My F5 even had an extended warranty. I think it is because I had a custom Prema BIOS on it. I didn't even know there was a fallout between Eurocom and Prema. I didn't even know they offered Prema BIOS. The only company I thought at the time had it was HIDevolution. Another major reason for me to never consider them. -

While I am very disappointed with AMD right now, Intel won't have an answer to Ryzen 7000 on mainstream. DDR5/PCIe5 will be standard on both platforms and if the rumors of 5.1+ on 7000 are true, no matter how many e-cores Intel decides to put into 13th Gen, Intel won't take the crown. HEDT with only P-cores on the other hand..... -

I guess I am keeping my Asrock 6900XT. I am likely going to drain the loop, block it and replace the MSI 6800XT I have in my All AMD build. I'm with Mr. Fox, it is going to be awhile before I upgrade anything. AMD lost my trust due to TRX40 and I am going to wait and see if Intel ever goes back to the HEDT market. It appears that my overclocking career is coming to an end, at least for the next couple years. -

I'm going the nuclear option. I'm selling everything except for the 6800xt, and one of my 3090's. The Asus 3090 White Edition, 6900 XT (with the unused waterblock), and the EVGA 3080 TI's are going. -

Getting there. A little better. I am going to run a memtest on it tomorrow but it "appears" super stable.
