  17. Pity. Anyway I can not give proper credit for this schematic, came from old NBR I think. If keyboard or trackpad stopped working in M17x R2 then it would not get power to even boot from battery. Hope it might help just a little. R2 schematic.txt
  18. @emcze not sure at all but give this a try before you spend any more $$ Saw this on Reddit and thought of you "You can try this fix, but it may not work. Go to device manager, find Generic Usb hub under serial bus controllers, right click properties. It should say Hub 3. Go to power management and remove the tick for “turn off this device to save power” Do the same for realtek/intel bluetooth under bluetooth in device manager Do the same for Usb input device under human interface devices." https://new.reddit.com/r/LenovoLegion/comments/1dcbo4o/lenovo_y74015irh_keyboard_completely_stopped/

  23. My only experiences with Lenovo customer support have been....negative ....But by all means do try. I now have learned to buy from big brand stores and let them deal with the suppliers for warranty claims. (ie walk back into the store with a receipt and if required throw a hissy fit...but only if asking nicely doesnt work)
