  1. I have no ideea. I can only recomend to set default bios options and apply only overclock and undervolt and do not touch power options for the moment and see how it goes.
  2. see in bios on overclock menu if avx offset is set to another value than 0 (most people set it on 2, meaning -200 mhz when heavy avx workload detected). Other than that, see if the cpu power throttles when heavy avx load is involved. Use throttle stop and see what is going red.
  3. Tm heatsink can be made to fit on every p870 version.
  4. I have posted the pic so you can have a rough idea of how the backplate legs should look after been cut. That is from when i have done the easy bios access mod
  5. I am using this https://www.ebay.com/itm/283772575617?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item421229df81:g:6ukAAOSwkfReO9Qw&amdata=enc%3AAQAGAAACoPYe5NmHp%2B2JMhMi7yxGiTJkPrKr5t53CooMSQt2orsSwcmzw5CLtzTE60FqHcnq2BgKtyKbhGOMqnlQdWf9MtaGpAd%2F2qcqW6LZyce6HUyTnFGqH31aVn8vTzJjywrCOBxTZFa82GkuA4LZHLF%2F5MPTFCR%2BuK%2FeJThIS%2BAEglszLfSnH34Cw%2FhDk3nzl93B0C3wtPtnjxHf5eTaj6Dlw1iO2b37TnG1lyZQwwOCIj5caTqd6Yz%2FiAfXzH364DOuztiDnydJqo3rhQXOyWN%2F5kSHnyiCfYHI%2B6nQ3ilf56AlvyjoQOOsvA3gQ3pE3S%2Fn4V0lrmHgxegY5UJA26PnOIiZWYWO99q6lu2tRhbKaOn42jdwgdlXtIv1n%2B%2Fgef5Cc6UqRAmgI6K8TIf0KeKfBnuRiTLbzAMcUWZXqCg31w6vXRTIwiH7Z7Pef38V%2FG4pk4GXDEwSmzqfxO5M1V%2B0YRuXZH5uLLJ05NQvU2450AB%2BQ%2B4QM1PvS1qhRQ%2BXMlt601ARN9YBrT%2FmA565eSrCs3THeXwPPkcya0lS2GRsH9d4ZAEsau%2FbuzMdvKMlLgcs13KxMTo%2BnEnlJpf36rt%2F4MYJGnHSKOBqEfCmOL9gD5yQaWTSQ%2BlvREWmIHtMxL44EnDvVbapyeMgj7Z91EovOnbqlBU%2FAgixH8R06S%2B9%2BBzyzIiMcxcgGw5ctMCgjW8GF9zBYm7q9TH2DjXk%2FMdTCgjAcBzM1TMBjIyHsjP9ozLRWG69VrsSM0FUszo7eUcENAuTDxC4kWzbLcsXLdB8wYSPL02uBCAU1xvAW28XxGrc72%2B8ziBl810QXJNMgzdIG49MVIMVxCjTU7biHL9ZAQoEiqTzqVNQp6eDJ0wr4SqPKDi7rEbK%2FUDgmteFDF4v0A%3D%3D|clp%3A2334524|tkp%3ABFBMwo-J09tf It is the same thing as conductanout or clu, it is basicaly liquid metal but with noname (alas cheaper...way cheaper) same results as conductanout so basicaly why not? You get a lot of product for the money.
  6. 1. If you cut with a dremel the screw threads remain unaffected. Vey important after you cut is to fine sandpaper them on a flat surface to even all the legs out. Check this pic for reference: 2. On the undervolt will come back to you with a screen shot when possible.
  7. Cut the legs 3mm from that and it will be ok. it is exacly what i did on my dm.
  8. Hair dryer. You need to heat up glue not to melt solder😁
  9. I have saved everything related to Clevo P870DM (bios, mods etc.)
  10. Where did you bought the FX 2280 velociraptor? Need one for P870DM-G.
  11. As you all former members from NBR know I have made a mod for easy bios access on the original Clevo P870DM/G. The procedure is the same for any other P870XX series. Do you know how frustrating it is that every time you want to try a new bios or rewrite a corrupted one you need to disassemble all laptop to access the bios chip? I figured out a method to circumvent that.So lets begin:1. Disassemble laptop. You have plenty tutorials posted online about that so I will not cover that again.2. Solder jumper wire to bios chip, and after isolate with kapton tape.3. Solder jumper wires to JTAG 8 pin connector and secure it with double sided adhesive tape. 4. Test 5. Secure everything with tape.6. Success
  12. Thank you boyz @Hiew @Reciever
