@Mr. Fox Soooooooo, I got an answer to your Question about Microcenter in Arizona. As of right now it's not going to happen. They have plans for 3 more locations in the near distant future though. Indiana, Miami and I forget the other location. As to why they are in no hurry to open new stores...... Microcenter is a cash operation with zero investors. So when they have enough money they go out and build another store. And when business is slow they just lay low until business just picks backup. And since they answer to no one they do as they please. I was also told that it has to do with location, I threw in that Arizona has lower taxes apparently Microcenter is not interested in going to Arizona right now. Something to do about real estate and location Is what I was told from someone in the know.

Now as far as gaming is concerned....it would not matter 100% at all except for a bragging factor. Yep, bad indeed, but at least I'm not locked in like when one buys from different venders. So that's why I'm not mad, but If I had to keep it. I would be livid right now.😂 The core is pretty good though. Still running stock MSI vBios at 530W and it seems to hold well enough. This card stops at 1150 on a good day and will crash at 1200 and will just lock up anything above that. And that's sitting at desktop and not even at a gaming menu screen. I gave that card back and got one worse on memory, but does better in benchmarks. See above. Nope, I do not have it, but would like to try it to see if it will control the fans as the last version I have does not. Works on the Kingpin 3090, but not any of my 4090's.

Sitting at a menu screen is not the same as actually sitting where things are happening. And windowed mode is less taxing than full screen 4k mode. It gives a fake sense of you having something good, but in reality it's not. speculations of course...I could be talking out the side of my neck.😂 CyberPunk 2077..... Lasted 28 seconds before it crashed with me trying to make it to the city.😂

You are right, wish he would have actually tried the memory as the some are far better than others, but it's like to 20 series in laptops. To much memory takes from the power you have for the core and thus causes the card to either run out of watts before the core can reach full potential or crash. Not really sure what sitting at a screen accomplishes, but ok. I'm in.

I'm pretty sure it was user error this time. Meaning my fault and not the fault of the board itself. (Board is in RMA - So sitting at MSI right now) So not sure. If it gets fixed or replace, cool. If not then I'll probably grab the Z790 APEX or the Z790 Dark as I am not sure if they are coming out with a Unify-X Z790.....

Some did report that the CPU Force 2 Rating changes, but could be based on cooling. Who knows.... As MSI doesn't seem keen on explaining in depth how it works.... Although I guess I would need to actually ask them first.

Okay, so I can now boot 8000 on the Hero Z790, but not fully stable and am stable @ 7800.

Right now it's 1.4 across the board. Edit: I'm also not using my Unify-X as it's at MSI. I'm using my Hero Z790 Board at the moment. And it seems to be potentially stable at 7800 for the moment.
