If you are one of the people who don't want to setup a Microsoft Account or don't have an internet connection.

All is free to post whatever they mean about Win 11 in this thread. Both their + and minuses about this Windows OS version. Microsoft Tests New Ways to Tell Users Their PC Shouldn't Be Running Windows 11 pcmag.com | Feb 22, 2021 A new watermark warning has appeared in the latest builds of the OS. Microsoft show off their ugly face and try all ways to annoying their customers that won't follow their guidelines. They hope you will jump right into their M$ Store and buy their newesw disgusting 2 in 1 surface Jokebooks. Or buy something new from their partners. Everything is profit driven to last drop. The more they can screw you the more they will gain. I'm sure some don't bother with new features as “System requirements not met” watermark right into their face. Edit: Here's the way to disable the watermark: Open Registry Editor. Navigate to the following location HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\UnsupportedHardwareNotificationCache Change the value of SV2 to ‘0’. Reboot.

Yep, expect the development team will put in more work into make it even better for phones and tablets. A real hybrid beast. Want it bro @Mr. Fox @Ashtrix? Can it be even worse than Win 11 ? This smells as the real death for real desktop OS as we know it. I wonder what Cpu requirements Microsoft will land on for their next touch friendly OS disaster. Maybe 9th gen Intel and 5000 series Ryzen chips from AMD? Windows 11 successor could already be in the works Windows 12 development is expected to kick-off next month https://www.techradar.com/news/windows-11-successor-could-already-be-in-the-works

Tha AMD stability and issues problems saga continue. I'm sure bro @Mr. Foxwill think two times before he once again jump on the Red team's products again. AMD's Newest BIOS Code Reportedly Wreaks Havoc on Performance, Stability tomshardware.com AMD's recently released AGESA 1.2.0.5 code for modern AMD Ryzen and Athlon CPUs has been plagued with issues. According to multiple reports, BIOS updates packing the new AGESA code have been prone to serious problems, including CPU performance losses, memory instability, overclocking bugs, and much more. Spot on. When a company fail release a yearly refreshed processor. The damn Jokebooks get all attentions. Based on the data AMD has shared so far, it seems clear that the performance gains from Ryzen 6000 and Zen 3+ are going to be larger at lower power limits. Shaving off half a watt makes a big difference at 15W, but a comparatively small difference at 45W. This is also why Zen 3+ isn’t headed to the desktop as a mid-cycle refresh before Zen 4 arrives. https://www.techspot.com/news/93424-amd-launches-ryzen-6000-mobile-what-new-zen.html And the small E-cores was needed for this gen chips to show Intel's goal down the road. More power effiency cores. The coming Raptor lake will get double up. 8P and 16 power efficent baby cores. All ways lead to Rome😐 Intel updated its CPU roadmap with an emphasis on maximizing power efficiency. I just can't understand why some people want Win 11 for whatever costs. Expect more trash will come from Redmond HQ. Do you want this on your computer? @Ashtrix @Mr. Fox Windows 11: how to bypass TPM checks during dynamic updates ghacks.net Windows 11 users who have installed Microsoft's operating system on devices that don't meet the minimum system requirements may have run into troubles installing recent updates. Updates may fail to install on these devices and users may be puzzled as to why that is happening. Microsoft did announce previously that it would not guarantee that any kind of updates would install on devices that would not meet Windows 11's minimum system requirements. It appears that some updates check for requirements, and if these are not met, won't install on devices.

One thing that is nice with the largest marketplace for used / new goods from consumers here in Norway. It's free and at no charge, but you have to trust the seller / buyers. Use a credit card and you are pretty safe if you are the buyer. If there are large values in the picture, we recommend physical attendance. I expect Ebay and similar big company want an arm and a leg to help you with safe buy / sell. This market place here home is not a global player like Ebay, but we avoid being charged 25% tax on top of everything due the purchases / sales is within Norway and the purchase/sale is with/from other consumers. If I buy something from Ebay (used or new) and the goods is not here in Norway we get automaticly the dreaded 25% tax on top of everything. Hail Norway. -

Yep the eadded E-cores (Baby cores) fused in their unlocked flagship chips is cheapo Junk. You should really expect more from Intel and their gaming flagship chips. by Zak Killian - Mon, Feb 14, 2022 Intel Alder Lake-N Specs Leak With All Gracemont E-Cores For Budget Builds Arcane CPU tweaks just made buying a laptop harder. Here’s the info you need: pcworld.com P-Cores? E-cores? GPU cores? We break it all down A big.LITTLE story Using cores with different architectures in a single chip is an idea borrowed from smartphone chip design. In their early years, chips designed for phones had an architecture with many cores of the same type, just like PC processors. However, chip architects knew they could increase efficiency if they could instead pair different architectures with varying design. Thanks. I used a custom made fan controller in the older days with my modded Lian Li chassis connected with an Phase change. But in the older days you had lots of drive bays in the front. Not so much nowadays. I will check out if I can buy something like the Lamptron PCI Bracket 4-Way High Power Fan Controller here home. Everything today is more and more based on software bloatware. Intel have saved up some chips to charge premium. Exactly in the same as Nvidia did for 3090 Ti. Maybe not as nasty, but still disgusting. Nvidia want heafty premium for 2.5%. Intel a bit better with 4% performance increase. Why not release it as next gen chips? They did that for older gen chips. 4% performance increase yearly. But this won't be as profitable as a new SKU on same old model line. I just can't stand have Corsair ICUE installed. I have bought some 1-to-4 splitters. They had 3 packs of this one below in the web stores here home. Connect the PWM signal to MB fan headers and try make an fan profile in bios. Is there another software that can easly change fan speed on the go? I have Speed fan in top of my head but is there better options? Software that is click and run. Open the software, max out the fans and then disable the software again. Same for putting an fan profile, then disable the software. Click and go. ICUE is still damn disgusting. I don't have RGB so I don't need any of the Corsairs software to clutter up my pc. I don't want any software that I don't have any use for installed. Portable apps is what I always prefer. Turn on what you want then off and out of sight. Whats the best options for fan control? -

Can you post the laptop model you have? A laptop cooler doesn't always work.Depends on the laptop bottom cover and what cooler you use. What thermal paste do you use? Is it re-pasted? And do you use TS for undervolt? Somewhat wrong bruh. You don't need thicker Jokemodels to score well above 12K in CBR23. The awful products as the thin Razerbook 15 even come above 12K. https://hwbot.org/submission/4929020_papusan_3dmark05_geforce_gtx_750_ti_70637_marks -

Work a bit harder brother ryan. Here's a goal for you 🙂 You can't be below the Red line. There is usually more in the tank. Always. Think of it as an empty toothpaste tube. You can always squeeze out a bit more out from that tube. Disable your AV and put realtime priority in task manager for Cinebench R23.
