    From what I could gather from the mod the user did the following: 1. Reworked the heatsink (I think you could use a P750DM2 heatsink if you are going the Clevo Gpu route) 2. Strapped a Wire from the 3.3v slot input capacitor to the additional 3.3v (1.8v vbios generating line), to circumvent the MXM mod requirement. 3. Shifted the bios battery from a plastic casing to a long wire battery casing. 4. Routed 19v power from the MXM slot mosfets to external (I wouldn't recommend drawing too much amp from there as the fets there were not designed to push more than 190W MAX (around 10 amps in total - including mxm slot). 5. I have not been able to identify the thermal sensor mod.

    There was an older tread on NBR which actually stated that P870DM, at least, could not read Amd GPU sensors resulting in a laptop EC panic. Probably its safe to assume that all P870 series suffers from the same ”bug”, P775/751 maybe as well.

    Every dsanke bios can be made to support mutants with coffee time 0.99 modding. And also the may dsanke bios for the p870dm2/3 (P870DMx_RTX) is TM ported CLEVO:P870TM-1.07.15

    For his project all he needs is bismuth low melt, put the heatsink in a temp control oven at 150 celsius, put the copper shims on the heatsink with pre applied low melt, put some weight on the shims so they will set properly when the solder melts and that's it. At 150 celsius nothing will ever happen with the heatpipes.

    Nice. Thank you for the info. I was planning to buy one of those but I was afraid that it will not work with 2666Mhz RAM. Aslo do you think that P870DM VRM will handle this 8 core cpu?

    Did the fans from picture 6 have been ever made for 5v?

    Why not QTJ0? From what I heard some users even pushed 3200Mhz on memory with one of those.

    Why not solder those copper memory shims to the heatsink itself? (better heat transfer than paste). You can also add bios support for that RTX 3080 so you do not need inf mod.

    As per title say, I want to find someplace to buy TGVC-56-56-3.0-01 vapor chamber for TM CPU heatsink direct die mod. Cannot find this on aliexpress or ebay or somewhere you can buy it as an individual not as a business.

    Do you have an original DM and you sound works as intended like on original bios? No max volume speakers/headset all the time? SBX works? Pls explain further more how did you do it.

    I used kapton tape for isolation. As for the bios you need to flash P870DMx_RTX.rom

    You need to isolate those 2 pins As for the bios, unfortunately I don't exactly know how to add bios support for other cards.
