You can start with release driver for your 3060. Newest doesn't alweays mean better. And work you upwards with NVCleanstall. Take only 5 min to install new drivers included your tweaks. This because Nvidia use small often v-shaped PCB. No need to mount the fan. Just put it down on top of the backplate. It won't fly away with your card
