  1. I had the same issue with my Logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse. The issue was fixed by making a registry change as described here: https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/XPS-9310-Bluetooth-lag-with-Logitech-MX-Keys-MX-Master-3/m-p/7795277#M77883 Note that it may have to be reapplied multiple times (bluetooth driver update, or windows simply deciding to override the configuration). Also note that the VID/PID may be different depending on what version of wifi card you have. I had the AX210 non-CNVI card and it was 8087/0032 for me. Also one of the bios updates supposedly "addressed" this overly agressive selective suspend, but I found it to not make a difference. It is a shame, because the registry modification does increase battery drain from the bluetooth chip.
