yep that sounds about right haha will that be a recurring thing, Mr.Fox the hardware reviewer? ðððž had a look at the article, nice write up. from what ive seen so far its not big surprise that +200/+400 MT/s is about the max OCability of most DDR5 modules, right? at least for everyday operation without subambient cooling. also how funny that samsung ICs used to be all the rage for DDR4 and are now actually a con with D5 ð -

dude how have i not seen that option yet? my eyes thank you for pointing this out! ð edit: question, now that ive switched to dark theme, i noticed that my sig background is white. i tried editing that in the sig options but the background color option only changes the direct surrounding area around the letters. so ull basically have the letters with a dark background, then a white background and lastly the dark background of the theme... any suggestion?

clevo p870km bios question and upgrade to rtx3080 on the way.
jaybee83 replied to Scruffy's topic in Sager & Clevo
regarding the panel upgrade, what were u thinking of, higher res? if so id stick to 1080p in your case since that would let u enjoy higher framerates for longer. u could, however, check if FHD 120/144/165 Hz would be an option for your machine. -
FS: HP nVIDIA Quadro P5200 16GB GDDR5 MXM-B
jaybee83 replied to triturbo's topic in Computer Components
veeeery interesting card, with a bit of tweaking u can get that up to 1080 desktop levels! plus it sports 16GB of vRAM, way ahead of its time. but true, the tricky part is the vbios chip soldering since at stock it comes without one and also finding a proper vbios that ur machine actually supports. good luck with the sale! -

this! i for one absolutely 101% WANT intel to succeed in such a way that it makes sense for them to continue pursuing and producing / developing dedicated gpus. @Papusan pushing them too low & making fun of them just because they dont beat 30 series / RDNA2 with respective literal DECADES of development and skill/experience building with their first real gen of gpus aint gonna help anyone, rather push intel out for good and leave the market wide open for a continued duopoly. remember, more competition is always better for us, so cheer intel on to be successful in the entry and lower mainstream market! that we as enthusiast freaks will just go for whatever is best is a given, it wont harm us in any way ð -

NotebookTalk Show-n-Shine Thread - Show Off Your Rig Here
jaybee83 replied to Mr. Fox's topic in Desktop Hardware
can hardly contain myself, so im in need of a little outlet here in this thread... today i started ordering the first components for my upcoming monster desktop build, first desktop in 15 years!!! and have been saving up for almost 3 years now LOL ð actually only did that because of stock and pricing, originally planned to wait until Zen 4 availability mid to end of this month. in any case, i ordered a corsair M65 rgb ultra wired, because it was FINALLY available in europe after being out of stock for like the past 9 months or so (still no idea wtf happened). second item was the Seagate Firecuda 530 4TB (Heatsink version), that suddenly dropped in price by a whopping 70⎠(-11%) so naturally i grabbed one before the offer is up. long story short: i hope to be able and show off my build in a few weeks time here, as well ðâðž thx for bearing with me on this guys ðð -
screenshots with rounded corners FTW! ðĪ ðĪŠ
